“We had a good experience here but with a few inconveniences. The place was nice and had clean rooms but a few appliances weren’t working when we got there. It was right next to the beach which had easy access to get to. The parking had always enough spots for us to park. There are a lot of places nearby to get food, groceries and entertainment, always in walking distance. Overall It was a great experience.”

“This place was nice but there were some inconveniences that took away from our experience. The TV didn’t work and the effort involved in fixing it should not have fallen on us. The owners were responsive once it got to them but the initial demand on guests is for them to call a third party and try to troubleshoot. That took an hour and didn’t work. There are limited supplies and no beach towels. The owners’ response was that they never promised beach towels but given that this is a beachside rental, it was a surprise. There is security at the building but they don’t do anything. Other guests were super obnoxious to the extent the pool was not really usable. Overall, our stay was okay and the owners cannot control other guests at the building but for what we paid I guess we expected it to be smoother. I generally judge Airbnbs against hotels — in this case, we would have been less inconvenienced for a lot less money at a hotel. But this is a nice place and the location can’t be beat.”
