“The place was lovely feel like home the room had a lil bit of nat and the room had smell like septic tank one day when we wake up other than that it was great”

“We arrived at 12am, walked in to a mildew smell, gnats literally all over the ceiling and walls with DampRid buckets throughout. Upon further inspection found mold all over walls and around baseboards, also found what appeared to be blood stains and such all over sheets, we had to walk out due to me sneezing and coughing and sat in the parking lot for 1.5hrs after Gosia finally responded to be told she would have pest control and cleaners come by the next day to address it and assured me that the “suite” was within “normal guidelines”. I asked to be moved to another unit or a refund given due to health concerns as we have stayed in a ton of AirBNBs with no issues. Gosia is a terrible host who is more concerned about keeping your money regardless of the misrepresentation of pictures and health risks/concerns. How this place got a 4.5 rating I’ll NEVER know but it is horrendous and so is this Host. NEVER AGAIN!!!”

“It was a very nice place love the view.The only thing I didn’t like was the pull out sofa bed I slept on was worn out I had to put the cushions under the sheet to sleep on would probably be ok for kids but not adults”

“In terms of this rental, the location is perfect and the views are spectacular. Unfortunately, after that everything was disappointing. On entering the unit, there is a distinct musty odor. The furnishing, appliances, bathroom and kitchen area are very outdated. In the bedroom one of the bed’s bedframe’s is damaged and made terrible noises with every move. The crockery and cutlery need serious attention. The main sitting room’s TV didn’t work due to a remote-sync issue that wasn’t resolved despite reporting it. The situation became much worse when we woke up on the second day with numerous bites. We initially assumed mosquitoes, but by the next day the bites had multiplied, and we realized we were dealing with bedbugs. This was our first time ever encountering bedbugs, and it was an awful experience. We attempted to address it ourselves by purchasing bedbug spray, but in hindsight we should have requested new accommodation immediately. We did report the bedbug situation and were assure”

“I was very unsatisfied especially with the price that was paid. The tub had layers of dirt on it, the toilet had hair on it, and the sink was dirty, and a very unusual smell everytime we went out for hours and came back. The resort itself is old and needs a lot of maintenance, as i know that doesn’t pertain to the air bnb. The elevator shakes the whole time going up & down. We saw numerous cockroaches at the pool and on the floor we were staying on.”

“I stayed at this Airbnb over the weekend, from Friday to Sunday morning, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The place did not appear to be properly cleaned before my arrival. The bed had pubic hair on it, the sheets were dirty, the floor was dirty, and the towels and pillows were stained. The bed also looked like it had been quickly arranged rather than fully changed and cleaned. The bathroom was also unacceptable. There was hair around the toilet, wet towels left in the bathroom, stained paper towels, and I even found a cockroach during my stay. Overall, the cleanliness was very poor and made it difficult to feel comfortable or sleep. I did message the host, and they sent someone the next day around 11 a.m., but by then the experience had already been very unpleasant. I paid a lot for this stay and expected a clean, sanitary space. I would not recommend this Airbnb, especially for anyone who is sensitive to cleanliness or germs.”

“First of all the place was as described. All amenities were provided. A few little extras were nice. The location was convenient however the neighborhood is shady. We were with a small child and did not feel safe outside of the building. The beds were OK, but the living room furniture was not comfortable and didn’t really even allow for two adult adults and two children to sit comfortably. We never went to the beach, but we did enjoy the pools inside. When we arrived, the floors were quite sandy inside. There were six towels provided for four days for two adults and two small children. Not really enough, but even so, there were no hooks or towel bars to hang the towels on to dry between bathing and there’s no bathtub so it was difficult with small children. This would’ve been fine accommodations for two adults, but it didn’t really suit having small children.”

“Placed where we stayed was great but the owners communication was not. Will not be staying again.”

“The place needs updating. Elevator to the parking area was not working. Couch to small and unsteady. Could have used a dresser so we didnt have to live out of our suitcases. Had to use kitchen counter for personal stuff. Tv placement was not ideal. Every time I took a dish or utensil out it was dirty, so we eventually stop using any. All small appliances were either not working or dirty. The two best things was the comfortable king size bed and the view. I highly doubt I will stay again.”

“We were expecting better room amenities. No TV The entire stay. Room with clear maintenance issues. Need better beds. The hotel appears to be going downhill. We want a pet friendly place like the Patricia Grand. We really appreciate their hospitality. Thanks for making it available to us.”
