“The property is as advertised. Easy access to the beach and was very nice inside. The only problem we had was that the air-conditioning on the top floor cut out on our last day there. The house got up to like 85° and then the middle floor air-conditioning stopped working too. We reached out to the host, but didn’t hear back until check out. Everything was good up until the last day. We wish the host would’ve responded to as sooner so we didn’t have to sleep in the heat. Other than that, everything was great about our stay here.”

“The photos make it look like there is private access to the beach, but that was not the case. Although there is not a home obstructing the view of the ocean, you really should not call it beachfront. The dishwasher door is about to fall off.”

“The property was beautiful, worked well for our family of 7. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The gamer oom was a huge hit with the kids. Easy walk to the beach, plus it was situated between two houses, so sitting on the deck also gave an amazing view of the ocean.”

“Let’s start with the good stuff. The house and property are both very nice. It’s a very short walk (~15yds) to the public beach access and the bones of the house are great. Issues we had are as follows: • Light in the ceiling fan of the back bedroom was broken • ~1/2 - 2/3 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and only 2 spare rolls for the entire house • No hand soap or dish soap even though the kitchen pictures reflected two decanters depicting same • No trash bags in any can, in any room. • The beds were not made – all linens were simply shrink wrapped in plastic. • The grill was incredibly dirty • No grilling tools • Bedrooms had windows above the beds – with no window coverings • Smoke alarms constantly going off for no reason. • Dirty cleaning rags left and a dead fly in a coffee mug. • Shower in back bedroom drained very slowly • No wine or juice glasses in the kitchen • The outlets and lights on the underside of the house in the parking area never worked”

“The house is great for large gathering of families and this is the 3rd time we have stayed in one side or the other. This stay the sheets were damp when we opened them and we had to put them in the dryer in order to use them. The floor was not very clean when we arrived and the walls in the stairwell had messy patches.”

“The beach house was nice. Had trouble with the code but we got that figured out. Had trouble with the range but were told we had to use their cook ware. Didn’t know that! Saw several roaches during the week. A huge one in the kitchen area. There were several smoke detectors in the house that had no batteries and no covers. The ping pong table was broken and useable. It took several attempts to get the pool clean.”

“I will not rent an Airbnb that has run by a property management again. The overall experience is less hospitable just a personal choice.”
