“This condo is fabulous. It had everything. Easy access to the beach, gorgeous view from the porch of the river (awesome sunsets), close parking, and large living and bedroom spaces. Enjoyed the facilities and easy trash chute. We will absolutely be renting again.”

“✨Great Location!✨Quick trip to connect with family at the beach and perfect to explore downtown. Check out the history of Pensacola with a tour, or walk to parks, coffee, and restaurants! Highly recommended restaurants to walk to: Lucy’s and Hub Stacey’s. The home itself is comfortable and inviting, with plenty of space to settle in for a wonderful vacation! We found it super clean with well-stocked cabinets. There is a Publix close where we grabbed all the groceries we needed. Looking forward to visiting again and checking to see how I can get brick floors!🩷”

“This is a beautiful condo on a wonderful beach. The condo appeared to have been recently remodeled with fresh paint and brand new appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay!”

“It's hard to find a fault with this place, believe me I tried. Everything is about as good as it gets but as 71 year old pessimist I always try to find worse in everything so here you go. I wish there was a tv in the other 2 bedrooms for the grandkids. Seriously that's the only thing I can complain about so if you can deal with that then this the place for you.”

“This home was perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed including small appliances and several spices. The only additional item it could use is an air fryer. Every part of the home was spotless! It had very soft carpet upstairs, nice open main floor with all bedrooms on the top floor. I appreciated the large washer and dryer and we used the back patio more than expected. The garage has a lot of items for the beach including beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, a beach cart and two bikes. The pool was huge and very nice. The beach was beautiful but note the beach service is NOT free, $45 per day, with deals for additional days. We were told this was included. So that was a bummer our first day Our favorite place to go was to Johnson Beach. It's $25 for a car for a week access. Check it out! The Jellyfish was really good. Don't waste your $ at the Shrimp Basket. You have to go to Vampire Penguin- we went twice!”
