“The place was good. Close to the beach and Beach House and Cafe. The bathroom plumbing needs some repair. Faucets leaked a little which didn't affect us very much but did waste water. The outside shower was great. Kitchen (well stocked with dishes, pans, supplies, etc.) and bathrooms were clean and the whole house was very livable. TV and DVD worked well. The shaded setting is nice and we enjoyed our 4 day stay.”

“We love Seabrook and this villa didn’t disappoint! The location was great and easy to find since it’s right next to one of the only stop signs in the neighborhood. We brought our dog along this time and had a great time with him due to the leash laws they have on the beach (unleashed 5pm to 10am then leased between 10-5pm). There was a cool little trail a block away which my dog loved as well. We will be going back again and again!”

“We had a great vacation. The location is perfect, close to the beach and Beach Club. The condo was clean; kitchen well stocked. Enjoyed the included amenities. The only negative was a maintenance issue, a malfunctioning light in the bathroom that was not fixed during our stay.”

“Excellent location. Incredible views. Walk across the street for beaches, SeaBrook amenities like pool and grill and a morning coffee. Relaxing and quiet! We had a wonderful experience.”

“House is beautiful, clean and furnishing great. Kitchen is not well stocked at all. I requested a list of items in the kitchen - I was told kitchen was well stocked and no list given. No mixing bowls, no utensils for the grill and I had specifically asked if the grill was in good condition and tools available. There were zero metal items to use for the grill that had a longer handle. The brush to clean the grill shed multiple metal pieces - which we found in the first meal we made, burgers and dogs. Crock pot in the kitchen is for max 4 people. salt and pepper only We left a message regarding the thermostat that was set to not go below 74 and lights out in the master bath and was never responded to from the property manager. Received a call at 12:30 on check out day, we had left between 9-9:30 am asking if we were still at the house and then questioning me when I said no we were at the time in Columbia SC. There is also a car parked in the garage, that would have been a nice heads up.”

“Beautiful condo but it's not a real airbnb. its managed by a rental company. so if you need help of any kind, you'll have to call their office and enter AI answering machine purgatory. So frustrating! I should not have booked this great condo on airbnb. I should have gone straight to Coastal Getaways. It was a hard, expensive lesson learned. airbnb got a big service charge in exchange for none of the support airbnb is great for.”

“Overall excellent area and we enjoyed the kitchen and living room with our 18m old son. We’ve stayed on seabrook island before and absolutely love vacationing here. Overall this Airbnb had what we needed for cooking and they had a nice cart for beach supplies. The area was quiet and we could see the golf course from the deck. Only issues and why not 5 stars is that the hot water was not turned on when we arrived so they had to send someone out to get that going, there were a few cockroaches and wasps in the house, and they don’t provide beach towels or toiletries. Otherwise, enjoyed our week!”

“The lighting needs to be better, especially in the bedrooms. No overhead lighting either place. The beds were comfortable. The bedroom closets were absolutely full of stuff and virtually unusable (boxes, fans, hampers,etc). The soft goods need to be updated. The kitchen didn’t have the soaps and cleaners you’d expect to run the dishwashers and clean the surfaces for a weekly rental. Otherwise the kitchen is well-stocked. The patio was spacious but the furniture is worn and needs replacing. Chaise lounge fabric was ripped for over 12 inches. The Internet kept malfunctioning and would lock up the tv broadcast. The bathrooms were great except for lighting. Towels were nice. For the first 2 days the AC was nonfunctional. Luckily the ocean breezes the first night saved us. But that should have been addressed before our stay since the host knew there was an outage and didn’t verify the fix before hosting us. For $4000 for the week the expectation would be 5 stars for everything.”
