“We have been doing annual Dewey Beach family vacations for 18 years. It's a slam dunk for us with this vacation spot and more importantly with our host. The condo was more than what we were hoping for being our first time there, we loved it so much we already booked for next year. Dog friendly, close to everything but not in the chaos of downtown Dewey. Thank you again for taking care of that minor hiccup so quickly. See you next year.”

“We absolutely loved our stay! This was our first real family vacation, and this home made it such a special and memorable experience for us. At one point, my toddler said, “This is the best vacation ever!”—which was mainly because of the house, haha! My daughter especially loved the swimming pool and truly did not want to leave. We all had such an amazing time and will definitely be returning. Christie was also a fantastic host and a great communicator from start to finish. She was responsive and helpful leading up to our stay, during our visit, and even afterward. “This was so nice, I didn't want to go home! I am a cook and the kitchen was amazing and very well stocked! We also were happy with the fact that there was a bathroom in every bedroom. We were very grateful for the pool! Jellyfish 😬 Christie was a wonderful host and gave very good advice and was very attentive!!! The only negative, which is so minor of an issue, would be that we would have appreciated more linens, especially washcloths. All and all I would most definitely stay in this home again given the opportunity!”

“We really enjoyed our stay…the house had all the best amenities! Kitchen had everything you needed! Loved the bathrooms! The pressure of the shower was awesome! We liked sitting in the sunroom and out back at the high top table enjoying a cocktail or two! Very easy checkout and Christie was very responsive when we texted her! The only difference we had is we felt the beach was a bit farther than 2.5 blocks! However, we definitely would stay again…we got our steps in! Thanks so much Christie we really had a great time!”
