“Very nice and clean home. It was described accurately and quiet surroundings. We were told parking was tight so taking a diesel truck was not the best. Cute friendly cat 2 doors down and close to downtown and Madonna Inn.”

“I booked this Airbnb because the listing clearly showed a 6:00 PM checkout, and I even took a screenshot before booking. After my reservation was confirmed, the checkout time changed to 10:00 AM. I immediately sent the host the screenshot, but she would not honor the advertised checkout time or offer any solution. I even asked for a late checkout or to extend my stay, but she declined because it had already been rented to someone else. The tiny house is cute, but there were several issues. No blankets were provided, so we had to buy our own. The washing machine and coffee maker did not work, and there was dog hair on the upstairs bed. Overall, the property has potential, but the inaccurate listing, broken amenities, cleanliness issues, and lack of customer service made this a disappointing experience.”

“I can’t say much about the property itself because I unfortunately had to cancel my trip due to the passing of my medically needed service dog. The Wed before check in, I messaged Tessa asking if we could move the dates to a future available date because my service dog was in the emergency room- fighting congestive heart failure along with arrhythmia. Tessa responded to me saying there wasn’t anything she could do because we were so close to check in. Which is untrue because I was able to request a date change thru Airbnb. T just denied it. The next day my service dog passed away. I messaged T again Fri morning asking for compassion for this unfortunate event. That’s when she tells me that if I cancel, & someone books last min she would fully refund me. Which is unlikely because check in was that day. T could’ve mentioned that on wed. This host has 10 other properties. I’ll be sure to never book any of them in the future. You shouldn’t either. Money hungry”

“It just seems that someone was watching us . You left a box in the balcony and others balconies are fall with junk and pots of trees but to complain about small box , to me it’s strange. When you touch the AC than you got a message about it or when you tried to open the door, you will get another message. You are here to relax but not knowing that someone is watching you. But everything went well”

“Pros: nice creek behind the house and hearing the frogs at night was a treat Cons: This house really needs some up keep. The carpet in the loft and on the stairs is seriously dirty. Below the pillows of the couch in the loft has considerable food crumbs. The pans and spatulas in the kitchen looked like they have been through wars! There was very limited numbers of utensils and they were not clean. Bathroom has some smell of mold although nothing visible. Overall, we were happy to leave. On this road trip we had stayed at far nicer places for less money.”

“The place was well located, well lit. we found it easy to travel, bus stop nearby, food etc. our only complaint was cleanliness. we found crumbs, used plates, pans, pots. we notified the host and she promised to send cleaners. the cleaner did not arrive on time and then expected us to tell them what needed cleaning. They were not briefed on the situation. Post this cleaning, we found more dirty pans and pots in the cabinets, which we had not touched before. I found this to be unhygenic, and bothersome to be careful about a supposedly clean place.”
