“The price was very expensive but because we had family we sacrificed. It would have been better if there was a main bedroom on the first floor all bedrooms were on the second and third floor. Not ideal for older families but all of us were able to climb the stairs. The only other minor thing, not speaking negatively just awareness for the hostess. The prices for garages and other needed phone numbers that was sent were incorrect and the price list for parking was 10 years old. May need to get current phone listing and prices for the parking so guests can have more up to date pricing for the location. Thank you,”

“Overall, we had a great stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location and amenities were exactly as described, and we enjoyed our time there. The only issue we noticed was that there were quite a few spider webs on the patio and in the game room areas, which made those spaces feel like they hadn’t been used or cleaned recently. Other than that, everything was nice, and we had a good experience.”

“I would give our experience an 8 out of 10. The townhouse was nice and had plenty of room for the five of us. I stayed in the primary bedroom on the 22nd Street side, and it was very noisy every night until around 4:00 a.m. There were cars racing up and down the road, and we could hear sirens frequently, especially at night. We also had an issue with the back door. It took a while for someone to get back to me after I called and sent text messages about the problem. Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the property, but the noise and delayed communication prevented it from being a perfect experience.”

“I stayed here at the beginning of June with some of my family members, and we were all pretty upset at how much this place cost relative to what you received. The parking situation was weird. The unit has no designated parking except for a tiny garage that can barely fit a small SUV. The beds were uncomfortable and loud with cheap linens. There are stains in the carpet upstairs. The code lock glitches out sometimes forcing you to enter the code two or three times before it unlocks. There's mold in the washing machine which was gross. The paint in the master bathroom is two or three different colors which is no big deal. It's just ugly and not what you expect when you're paying what you're paying. It's a very cut and dry place that doesn't stand out in comparison to some of the other homes in the area for similar prices. It's not terrible but we would never stay there again.”

“This is a great condo to stay at! At the very end of the Boardwalk, it wasn’t super busy but within walking distance of many restaurants. Other than the floors being super dirty, the rest of the place was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.”

“It was clear the home was flipped and minimally. The pictures hide it. Lots of small annoying things like no towel hooks or bars in the bathroom, need to pull the door to engage the deadbolt, outdoor cushions wet from rain (said it’s covered and can use rain or shine) but stayed wet so usable, lots of traffic and noise, very loud washer dryer, no small spoons (just big) etc.). The beds were comfortable but the towels and sheets were thin. The couch felt like a dorm room couch - said it was a new restoration hardware couch? I would not recommend.”

“Overall stay at Coastal Accommodations was nice and the property itself was clean, comfortable and well-kept. The location and amenities made for a pleasant trip overall. There were a few challenges. On our last night, the thermostat that controls the 2nd and 3rd floors stopped working and those areas became extremely hot and uncomfortable. We also would have appreciated a little more flexibility with check-in. Check-in was strictly at 4 PM and although I reached out in advance about the possibility of early access, I was repeatedly told to keep checking back because it was a busy week. I never received a follow-up about the unit being ready early so we still had to wait until the scheduled check-in time. Because of that, we ended up paying extra for a day-use pass at a nearby hotel while waiting for the 4pm checkin. We also could have used more towels and face cloths during the stay, though it was helpful that the unit included a washer, dryer and detergent. Still enjoyed the unit.”
