“Overall the place was great. It was new and very clean. There are way too many pieces of furniture so it seemed very cluttered. I also was not a fan of the large checklist of things to do before we checked out but that is what a lot of these bigger condo rental companies are moving to. I'd stay here again but this place didn't hit it out of the park for our family of 12.”

“Great location for where our marina was. Great space with a great view. 10 a.m. checkout was a little early and didn’t love that we had to take out the trash and start laundry. Those tasks should be covered by the cleaning fees. But overall a great place to stay.”

“the place was nice and spacious, we loved all the extras they had for kids like pack n plays, dishes, cups. they even had some board games that the adults got to play which was nice. there was like a whole baseball team staying there which isnt the hosts fault but they were pretty loud st night. there was also hair in the shower which was a little gross. I cleaned it but it would have nicer if I didnt have to worry about the cleanliness when I got there. overall not a deal breaker cuz I always travel with lysol wipes but i did notice it. thanks for having us, overall I would stay again and just hope next time the shower was cleaned better.”

“This place was overall great for what we were in Branson for. I do feel like a grill would have been nice, as well as a little bit more things in the kitchen. Also could have been a little bit more cleaner there was dust and visible cobwebs”

“We were surprised with an 8-point checkout chore list after booking, and at check-in, we were threatened with a $125 fee if the list items weren't performed. Neither of these were disclosed in the listing. The downstairs towels were full of lint and strands of someone else's hair. We suspect this happened because the downstairs laundry had only an oxidizer/stain remover, not an actual detergent. We purchased detergent and laundered them before use. There were a dozen or more live flies in the unit. There were many dead bug carcasses along the baseboards in the basement, especially around the beds in the children's room. The children's room had a couple small articles of trash on the floor when we arrived. There was a sticky spill inside the upstairs refrigerator. Common areas were overfurnished and cumbersome to navigate. The pools were disappointing. The outdoor pool's zero entry wasn't textured properly. We each fell at least once. The indoor pool is dark and cold.”
