CityLine Properties's guest rating of 4.79 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“This house was perfectly sized for the people that were in our party. We were two families with 2 boys and 2 girls and then a grandparent came along (9 total). The bed situation was perfect. The house was big enough for everyone to have their own space and not feel cramped. Our stay was 7 days. There were some things that we felt slightly let down by. 1. Multiple lights that were flickering our out. 2. The dryer is EXTREMELY noisy, like there is a rock in it. 3. There are very few kitchen items to be able to cook. 4. While the listing does say coffee, maybe supply the number of days there. Being there for 7 days, expected at LEAST 7 days worth of coffee, we got 5 days, which is fine, but maybe don't advertise that. 5. One of the bathrooms did not have shampoo/conditioner/body wash 6. We found pot brownies in one of the drawers of the rooms, so it made us wonder how clean it was. 7. TV for hot tub did not work. Just seems like the house needs some maintenance, otherwise GREAT!”airbnb

“House was large with lots of areas for small groups. Deck was great this time of year. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Bedding was really nice. Great property for this family occasion.”airbnb

“It is a little pricey for Tekamah, but there aren't many places to choose from. The living space looked bigger in the pictures and the dining table only had 3 chairs, but the unit sleeps 4. It's nice to have your own W&D if needed, but there is no storage if you were to stay more than a weekend. Will most likely stay there again if needed.”airbnb

“Dangerously low cable hanging across back parking lot and across bottom steps to apartment. Smelled horribly bad of cigarette smoke, large clumps of pet hair, broken toilet seat with urine stains on toilet base and NO body wash. Bed very uncomfortable. Nicely designed unit to have all the negative experiences. Back parking not fit for pick up-no parking was available in front of unit as well.”airbnb

“When I booked this listing, the pool was reportedly opened in April. When we arrived on 16 April the pool was found to be a nasty cesspool for migrating ducks - yes I have pics & video. It was never communicated to me that this amenity would not be available. I did report it to the proprietor and got one reason or excuse for the fraudulent depiction - including how the weather in Nebraska can be iffy in April. I live 1.2 miles away from the rental - I know Nebraska weather. Im not the one who advertised it available in April - since I reported the situation the listing has been changed to now be available in MAY. I want the buyer to BEWARE and if necessary confirm the status of the pool outside area before dropping big bucks if the pool is important to you. And Id like Air B&B to follow up with this listing to ensure that people are getting what they paid for and the listing is as depicted.”airbnb

“I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially if you plan to be in the unit during the day working. Noise was a constant issue. There was loud music from the downstairs neighbor and equally loud metal music from the upstairs neighbor, often at the same time. It was so disruptive that the music could be heard clearly during my Zoom calls, making it impossible to concentrate or work effectively. The music would start around 7:45 am and last all day. In addition, the downstairs neighbor smokes, and cigarette smoke regularly traveled into the apartment, leaving the unit smelling strongly of smoke. I reached out to the host, but they weren't able to do anything about the situation. It’s unfortunate, because the unit itself is nice, but due to the noise and smoke issues, it’s not a livable or workable space.”airbnb
