“Our stay here was comfortable. It was clean and comfortable overall. The desks in rooms and all tables in living area could use a quick wipe down and it would have been nice to have felt the sofa and chair were sprayed with Lysol before we got there. Those felt a bit used, just not fresh. The bathroom and kitchen were clean. Just like the pictures, the bathroom is tiny. It would have been nice to have maybe 2 extra towels for our length of stay. I do not like that the beds are so high. It could be a reasonable height since there is enough space in the rooms for the drawers. This part is not great for kids. We would stay with them again but will try another location better suited for kids. This location is great though, so close to Manhattan which is what we were looking for. I love that they provide a great list of places to eat, and places to visit around the area. The closest over night parking garage is a 10 minute walk away. We paid $32/night. Hosts were very responsive!”

“We had a wonderful beach trip with our family and friends. The location was perfect and a quick walk to the beach! When our kids needed a break it was easy to get back and forth from the beach. The pool was a total life saver when the kids were tired of the sand. We had a few questions and issues when we arrived but the host was very responsive and addressed and resolved everything quickly.”

“Our stay was nice. House was nice but needed some upkeep. Location was good for restaurants and shopping. Beach was a longer walk than expected. Had to use beach supplied chairs and umbrellas which were expensive. They would not let you bring your own tent, chairs or umbrellas and no bikes could be taken to get to the beach. The trash truck came every other morning at 5 am and was extremely loud and woke up the entire house. There was a grill which is not mentioned in the listing which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed our stay but not sure we would stay again.”

“My sisters and I stayed here for about a week. Place was almost as described but missing a few amenities and some areas were not cleaned as they should be. The owners soon fixed the issues by sending cleaners and sending the amenities which was very kind of them to solve the problem so quickly! The walk to the beach was about 7-10 min, which was pretty accessible. Besides experiencing some disappointment upon arrival their prompt response and care for us while we stayed showed how much they cared about their guests! I recommended staying here.”

Having the golf cart and bikes made a huge difference for beach access as well as a quick ride down either direction on 30a. Very close to Seaside and Alys/Rosemary beach. Highly recommend and we will return!”

“There were some very dirty dishes in the cabinets that we had to clean before we could use them. The trash bin cabinet in the kitchen is also falling apart and needs to be fixed. The lighting in the master bathroom is not good at all and the toilet paper holder needs to be repaired in the bathroom too.”
