“We had an amazing time. The condo was beautiful. The balcony was probably my favorite part. Big enough to have breakfast on every morning after watching the sunrise 😊 Local Floridian and honestly never been towards this part of the beach, but was pleasantly surpirised at how beautiful and peaceful this location was. Loved every moment. Our host always responded quickly. We even decided to make cinnamon Beach an annual destination for our family after this stay 🥰 Overall very pleased with both the host and location!”

“This was our first time staying in the Palm Coast area and we will definitely be back. The Cinnamon Beach Unit we stayed in was very nice and clean. All the staff were very nice and helpful. We loved the beach access and pool was conveniently located.”

“This was our second time in this condo. We will definitely be coming back again. We had plenty of space and everything was absolutely beautiful. Scott was very helpful and the new golf cart shuttle service to the pool was a wonderful addition to an already perfect place.”

“Beautiful house! Plenty of bedroom space for 4 seniors + two families of 3 each + two single guys. Great water pressure, plenty of hot water. Air blows cold. Good to great beds and pillows. Nice 3rd floor game room (and view). Nice fridge with filtered water and ice maker. Perfect? Ok, no. Two nit-picks: Pool had some debris in it. Somewhat unavoidable but could’ve been better. Also, six bedrooms but only 6 chairs at the dining table. We still made it work—Not dealbreakers. Appreciated the beach wagons and chairs. Beach access is easy. Multiple entry points. The one we used was concrete/boardwalk. Perfect for beach wagons— no stairs. Walk it in five minutes. Scott is amazingly responsive and helpful.”

“We had to cancel our original booking with another company due to comm issues and recent bad reviews as well as the condo being delisted from AIRBNB. So we were ecstatic to find this place last minute. It was as described. Great views from the 5th floor. Close to pools. We did have an issue with the A/C at the end of our trip and Scott and Laura and team were quick to send someone out and when it couldn’t be fixed offered for us to move to another condo one floor up. This one was beautiful and super clean as well. We were so thankful to get a good nights sleep before leaving and will definitely rent with them again!”

“Would absolutely stay here again. House is gorgeous and it was the most peaceful area. We’ve stayed at a lot of beaches and this has been our favorite. Host was super responsive too. Great stay!”

“There was a bed missing from the ad but they fixed and sent an air mattress. Air conditioner needed repaired while we were there but that was done as well. Nice stay with a great view.”

“The home is exactly as described, location is perfect and the home is well stocked and comfortably furnished. Fully stocked kitchen and loads of games in the space off the living room and beach toys in the garage. We thoroughly enjoyed the proximity and private feel of the beach and having the pool to cool down in afterwards. We visited the grille at the community center twice and the food was good and drinks and to go ice cream bars to purchase. Host provided a helpful guide of local restaurants, stores and attractions. Bugs that some others mentioned were present on the top balcony but to be expected oceanfront and were not a problem using bug spray or sitting out earlier in the evening. Host was responsive and flexible when contacted.”

“The condo has a great view from the spacious balcony of the ocean and the par 3 8th hole. The master bedroom suite was extremely spacious and well equipped. the kitchen made creating family meals a snap. The community amenities, including both pools and free golf cart shuttle to and from the condo, were top notch. Everyone from my 86 year old parents to my 1 year old grandson enjoyed themselves. We had an issue with one of our cars needing to be towed for repairs that delayed our departure. Scott was very understanding and allowed us a late check out without penalty. That lowered my stress level greatly. I would gladly recommend this unit for anyone searching for a comfortable, peaceful beach retreat.”

The home was in great shape, was clean and ready for our use. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The neighborhood is very nice! Thank you for allowing us to rent your home.”
