“The home is exactly as described, location is perfect and the home is well stocked and comfortably furnished. Fully stocked kitchen and loads of games in the space off the living room and beach toys in the garage. We thoroughly enjoyed the proximity and private feel of the beach and having the pool to cool down in afterwards. We visited the grille at the community center twice and the food was good and drinks and to go ice cream bars to purchase. Host provided a helpful guide of local restaurants, stores and attractions. Bugs that some others mentioned were present on the top balcony but to be expected oceanfront and were not a problem using bug spray or sitting out earlier in the evening. Host was responsive and flexible when contacted.”

“55 Cinnamon Beach Drive is a beautiful home. Perfect for our needs to host family in for a celebration of life just down the road in Hammock Dunes. The home was in great shape, was clean and ready for our use. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The neighborhood is very nice! Thank you for allowing us to rent your home.”

“The condo has a great view from the spacious balcony of the ocean and the par 3 8th hole. The master bedroom suite was extremely spacious and well equipped. the kitchen made creating family meals a snap. The community amenities, including both pools and free golf cart shuttle to and from the condo, were top notch. Everyone from my 86 year old parents to my 1 year old grandson enjoyed themselves. We had an issue with one of our cars needing to be towed for repairs that delayed our departure. Scott was very understanding and allowed us a late check out without penalty. That lowered my stress level greatly. I would gladly recommend this unit for anyone searching for a comfortable, peaceful beach retreat.”

“Clean space and good communication. No water with fridge and was hoping for a better view, but it was peaceful and a good experience. Great for younger kids. Our kids were a little older and the pool was packed and crowded during Memorial Day. That was to be expected and I just didn’t realize how the space felt different now that are kids are older. Would have preferred finding a location directly on the beach.”

“We recently spent 5 nights here with our 3 grown kids & their families & did not want to leave!! BEAUTIFUL home, perfect location right on the beach (via walkway over sand dune), fantastic amenities 1 block away with your choice of family pool or quiet adult pool overlooking beach, gated community so felt quite safe & close to grocery store, if needed. Super clean home, clean private pool, lots of activities for everyone. We can’t wait for our next stay here! TY for the hospitality, Scott!!”
