“I had several problems with the property. I was confused about what the air Bnb fees were vs resort fees. A lot is hidden and not explained to customer. I was aghast to have to walk 1/4 of a mile from the elevator to the room at the very end of the hall. The room was not warm and inviting. It was very bland. One night the room was not cleaned. Soap and shampoo had to be requested.”

“This is a great place in the perfect location on Hollywood Beach. The unit itself is really spacious and has everything you need for a great vacation. There are two buildings- one is a hotel and the other (where this unit is located) are private condos. It was extremely quiet in the building the entire time we were there. The unit, as others have mentioned, is right next to the trash chute but honestly, I only heard people using it twice in the four days we stayed there. There’s a convenience store attached to the building and the hotel has two pools and a restaurant/bar on the roof. It’s one block from the ocean and you even get one hour for a free bicycle rental. Can’t recommend this place enough if you’re ok with the extra fees. It was a $45ish per night resort fee and a $160ish dollar usage fee that had to be paid to the resort directly at check out.”

“Great location and good amenities. Just bring your own blanket because it gets cold at night. I was not able to do laundry at all because the washing machine was broke.”

“First the place Havh couple of problems I notified the owner there is no way to contact the owner. The number on the advertise is this correct? It was a problem with the luck. It took me almost 2 hours to get somebody to fix it but it was not fixed completely, so I cannot leave their apartment because I didn’t know if I can get in the front desk. Have no information about the owner and was not able to help they tried to contact him but was not able to do it. Something is wrong with the communication he’s trying to hide himself from everybody. He keeps saying the team will take care of it. I don’t know who is the team but this guy shouldn’t be part of your organisation. I’m renting a lot from Airbnb. The apartment is a great location. It can be fixed but the person that run it shouldn’t be allowed to run Airbnb thank you.”

“If you have issues with stairs use the adjacent buildings elevator to get in. They were not good at helping with information either this issue at all. We had to talk to the very nice lady at the towel check out.”

“Stayed here for work, and it was a decent stay, close to everything. The apartment is new and comfortable with everything one may need for a short stay. The only issue we had was during check-in, they left us the wrong fobs for the garage and amenities in the building, and it took ~ 24 hours to resolve that. The front desk staff who are running a hotel and are not part of Airbnb ended up helping us and talking to the host about solving this.”
