“We truly enjoyed our stay at this home away from home! We were greeted with prestine bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room as well as pool area. Simple yet significant commodities such as extra pluggable room fans, wine cooler, and a drip coffee maker made it even better! Any communications with our hosts were professional and prompt. Coming from the windy city of Chicago, we were truly happy with our stay in this Cape Cod home and wish to be back soon!”

“This was the perfect place to stay for our 10 day family vacation! Very clean with plenty of room for everyone. Great neighborhood for walking. We loved being on the canal and relaxing by the pool that has color changing lights at night. Smart TV’s in every room and 2 outside. Short trips to various beaches around Fort Myers and Sanibel. Easy access to groceries and restaurants. Neil was very kind to stop by and replace some button batteries needed for the hot tub remote. It was a perfect place for us to call home while in Cape Coral. Thank you for a great stay! We can’t wait to return:)”

“We loved our stay at Neil’s place. The house was in a great location and extremely clean. The pool and fishing area behind the house was beautiful. Neil was very responsive and helpful with local restaurant recommendations. We will definitely be back again! I would recommend D and D Matlacha Bait and Tackle for fishing needs. Very close to the house. Also would recommend Yucatan Waterfront Tiki Bar&Grill. Great food and amazing view.”

“I came in from out of town to spend time with my Mother. The house is exactly, if not better than the pictures. We spent most of out time poolside, which was fantastic, watching boats tavel up and down the canal. There is a very cute small beach (Boat House/Yatch Club) which was perfect, maybe 5-10min drive away. Grocery store options are very close and convenient, BBQ/grill worked great, we were even able to fish off the dock! Neil and Keely were very responsive for any and all questions, their hospitality was greatly appreciated!”

“I recommend this home to anyone needing a vacation rental. The views and sunsets are amazing! The pool and hot tub are clean and well kept. The home is perfectly designed with bathrooms being right off from the pool/patio. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. I had a wonderful time and appreciate all the accommodations. I hope to return again next year.”

“The house was exactly as listed. It had what we needed for our week stay in Florida. We were grateful for the extra little things like soaps, lotions, and even baggies! It was nice to not have to purchase those things while we were there. The canal was great as well. The kids and husband caught fish off the dock. The pool was clean. Thank you!”

“Our stay was great. Originally (when we booked) the third bedroom had 2 twin beds in it which was better for our family. Then the home owner changed it to one queen bed unfortunately. We made due and our stay was lovely. the house had everything we needed. We all enjoyed the wonderful pool area and dock for fishing. The hosts answered any of our questions immediately. It was really nice. Thank you to our hosts.”
