The brothers that run the hotel were super nice and we loved their dog, Jazzy!! She was the sweetest and came to visit us every day! We had a great experience and would love to stay here again.”

“You cannot be the location of this place. It on bridge street overlooking the fountain and steps from Gondola one. The walk to the gondola is so easy, it was maybe 100 steps from the ski locker door. There is no real bedroom door so that could be a problem if you want privacy. The living area is separated from the bedroom by a sliding corrugated door that needs to be folded in and out each night. As with all Vail properties, parking is a challenge. This was particularly tough because the unit is far where you have automobile access. You will have to move your luggage a long way to get to the building. Appliances were top notch.”

“Everything was great overall, except for the internet, which was extremely unreliable. It would stay connected for about 5–10 minutes and then drop for another 5 minutes, making it nearly impossible to work. I asked the staff to check it, and they did follow up, but the internet provider never came out to inspect the issue. The modem appears outdated, and the service is cable-based, so it’s affected by local network congestion. For a property at this price point, they should consider a satellite solution like Starlink, which doesn’t rely on local demand. Aside from that, the stay was excellent, and the staff was very helpful and responsive in trying to address the problem, even though it couldn’t ultimately be resolved.”
