“We had a wonderful stay! The incredible indoor outdoor living with the amazing view exceeded our expectations. We hosted local friends and family for dinner and everyone enjoyed spending time out on the deck. SB is pricey for accommodations but we would not hesitate to stay again.”

“Very peaceful with great amenities at the end of the street which provided seclusion. Beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean the pictures did not do justice, which was a great bonus. Quick walk or drive to shops and restaurants in Summerland. Definitely recommend if you want a super clean home with no distractions and quiet time!”

“One of the most charming and thoughtfully stocked AirBnBs we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot, all over the world). Beds were super comfortable, living space was cozy, outdoor spaces were peaceful. Yes, there are planes, but they're not frequent, and almost became white noise. The house is full of wonderful touches like fresh eggs, robes, charging cables on both sides of the beds, yoga mats, a massage gun, kitchen basics, games, etc. We even loved the chickens' gentle clucking. Sadly, it's run by a management company that makes you sign a separate contract (why?) and then tries to upsell add-ons that are often included by other AirBnBs. Overly cheery messages offer an AC for $150 even if it's a heat wave (which we were there for). Early check-in or late check-outs are $50 each hour, even though their check-in of 4 pm and check-out of 10 am is already much shorter than industry standard. Fortunately, we didn't need those things. Sorry if you do. It's expensive enough as is.”

“Very disappointed in house. Looked nothing like photos. Did try to offer us another house but because of wedding we could not change as all guests weren’t there. Charged add’l $150 for AC that could not keep up even a little , (not their fault it was hot) bottom room had no AC and smelled, shower was moldy, ants inside the fridge and freezer, dead ants in glasses, balcony furniture in disrepair. We are getting a small partial refund and that has not been completed as I type this 12 days later. This my first time ever leaving a bad review.”

“The View here is a 10/10. You wake up every morning looking out to the Pacific Ocean and its amazing! We loved the doors in the living room that fully opened up to the patio. The house is very clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.”

“We enjoyed our time here, and couldn’t get enough of the view. Great location: 10 minutes to Santa Barbara and 20 minutes to Ventura. Short walk to the beach.”

“Location is great—close to Santa Barbara and surrounding areas with an easy drive. Cute town with restaurants, beach and coffee shops within walking distance. House itself was in safe area, felt very private. However house has no a/c, but for a pricy fee, you could request a portable a/c. Feels like for what you pay for the house, a portable a/c should be an amenity that is already included. Otherwise everything else was great.”

“We had a wonderful time. So pretty ! We went for bike rides , hung out on several beaches , smelled the beautiful flowers while we sat in the hot tub every morning and evening ! Enjoyed our time thanking God for all His creation and relaxing with my honey!”
