“Great spot on the quieter side of Chincoteague. Dock access and screened in porch were a major plus. We saw dolphins every morning. The sunsets were just gorgeous and we loved spending evenings on the porch playing cards. Spacious kitchen area and very comfortable beds.”

“This was our first time vacationing with our 2 dogs. Its not easy to find a suitable place that allows dogs. This place was perfect, even had a fenced yard. Both our dogs loved it. We've been vacationing on Chincoteague since 2006, this was our first time not staying in a hotel. We will definitely be using Chincoteague island vacation cottages again! Cozy home, had everything we needed, easy to relax, we didn't want to leave!”

“We had a great stay! The house was clean and was perfect for our family of 5. The dock was a great add on and perfect for fishing and sunsets. The only suggestion I would make is to add chairs on the dock if possible. But the house had everything that you would need. We will definitely book this house again.”

“We had a great stay, plenty of space for two couples. Everything was clean and lots of space in this rental. They provide kayaks, a dock slip for a boat, and a very small personal charcoal grill. The area was beautiful, right on the water and had gorgeous sunsets. If bringing a boat, beware that depending on how much your boat drafts, you may have a hard time getting in/out of the provided docks, especially at low tide. It was about 1 1/2-2 feet deep getting out of the slip a couple of hours past low tide. Also, no cleats on the dock. Not a huge problem, but definitely would’ve been nice to know beforehand! Also, no linens provided so be prepared to bring your own bath towels, hand towels, sheets, and pillowcases. Overall had a great time and would return!”
