“Buena ubicación, antes estuve acá, pero esta casa estaba mal equipada, éramos 5 y teníamos 2 -3 cucharitas, algunos vasos trizados que podían ocasionar accidentes y en general habían 3 vasos de un tipo , 3 de otros y así, además, la cocina en mal estado, hervir agua demoraba más de 30 min, el último día nos dimos cuenta que estaba quebrada por eso seguramente no calentaba, el hot tub no funcionaba, recién al 4to día lo repararon, debieron revisar antes. La mesa y sillas sueltas, al comer ahí parecía estar en un bote. La limpieza buena. Camas buenas, baños limpios!”

“My stay in Orlando was great but my accommodation definitely had issues. Smelly dishwasher, roaches, clogged sink, damaged smelly cabinetry and dirty linens made my stay somewhat uncomfortable. The unit needs a dust pan and a mop and mop bucket. The management is to blame and needs to fix these issues.”

“The location was fantastic but the house was have a lot of bugs and we found a snake outside the house”

“Check in was difficult. We (2 adults and 1 child) traveled all day with a 3hr delay so by time we landed about midnight and was able to check our email there was no corresponding information regarding check-in instructions, gate code and the like. By that time there was noone in office to assist us. We called the so called emergency number over and over but to no avail. We decided to drive to the location with hopes that the front desk can assist us but again to no avail. It was late we were tired and for our safely we spent the first night in a nearby hotel. Communication was not ideal as it wasn't until 1pm the next da that we received checkin info. We communicated our first night experience and was never greeted with any empathy. Finally we never got the pre filled paperwork for the clubhouse and on the 3rd day we completed the process at the front desk ourselves. It wasn't difficult but should have been done by you. The house was awesome overall, but the service was not.”

“Initially this seems like a great deal. My fiancé and I were coming into town for a wedding and also going to Disney. The experience got much worse as we got there and settled. BLACK MOLD When arriving we noticed black mold on almost every vent and significant black mold in the bathroom. We messaged the host and they offered to come clean it. Thing is, you can’t just clean black mold. That will send the spores airborne. It has to be properly treated. When communicating this to the host, all communication from host stopped aside from the automated messages. AUTOMATED MESSAGES/NON AIRBNB CONTRACT They sent so many automated messages that don’t stop and they also require to sign off Airbnb contracts and provide ID. There is an addition form that has to be completed to use the amenities. Then additional files for processes. Very cumbersome. BEDS ARE TERRIBLE The beds were very uncomfortable. The springs are painful and felt very plainly. We had a very hard time sleeping here.”

“If I could give a negative rating, I would. Unfortunately, the listing was nothing like the photos and felt very misleading. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed cleanliness issues, but because it was late, I brought my belongings inside and hoped for the best. As I looked around, I found dog hair throughout the furniture, which was especially concerning because my daughter and I have allergies. There was also hair on the beds, making it appear they had not been properly cleaned between guests. The bathroom felt unclean, and overall the property did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. During our stay, it began raining and I noticed water leaking from the ceiling. At that point, I decided I could not stay and had to repack my car and find another Airbnb on short notice. After arriving at the new property, I felt the need to shower and clean our belongings because of how uncomfortable and unsanitary the experience had been. I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend!!!”

“My main issue were the spiders all over the kitchen counters making the kitchen space unusable. It was very inconvenient to not be able to prepare food for fear of spiders getting in it. I had to throw new food away when the spiders were first noticed. We stayed in this location with my daughter’s volleyball team; 12 units rented and ours was the only one with a spider issue. I tried cleaning the counters but the spiders were still present, I messaged the host first and it took until the next day to get a response and the only solution was for me to go buy vinegar to clean with, a $50 credit to buy breakfast and an offer for a late checkout after I had already said we would be leaving the property early! We stayed Thursday-Tuesday morning, unable to use the kitchen from Saturday until Tuesday morning when we left at 7am. The unit could also use a carpet cleaning and fresh paint.”

“Decent place to stay. However if you are looking for a personable BNB experience id looks elsewhere. They are town homes owned by an individual and managed by a property manager. I felt response times were slow, upcharges for early check in, and they want you to sign and give your card information outside of the Air bnb website by trying to withhold check in information unless you give your card for a security deposit. The air bnb felt stale and kinda dusty, the floors needed a good mopping, the carpet had some light stains along with a questionable stain on the bedskirt. The hot tub was nice after the theme parks, but the jets weren't very strong and there was enough chlorine in there to make it fizz like an alkaseltzer. The bathrooms were clean, and we appreciated the few starter supplies that were avaliable. Our family would probably find somewhere else to stay next time.”

“I stayed here for a week with my 25 lb Boston/Frenchie mix and there were definitely some positives. The neighborhood felt very safe, the hot tub was a great feature, and the beds were comfortable. However, there were several issues that made the experience frustrating. The furniture throughout the home felt outdated, and the pots and pans were overly used and heavily scratched, which made them uncomfortable to cook with. I specifically booked this Airbnb for one adult and one dog. I was later told I hadn’t paid a $200 pet fee plus an additional $50 cleaning fee. While that wasn’t clear to me at booking, I understand policies may vary and would have paid it upfront. Additionally, after paying in full through Airbnb, I was directed to a third-party website to provide my credit card for an additional deposit. Overall, the location and amenities are nice, but I would recommend booking within this community through a different management company to avoid unexpected charges.”

“Misleading &Poor Handling by Host We booked for the weekend with our children. The property itself is nicely decorated and in a convenient location, but our experience was negatively impacted by how the listing was presented and handled. A game console was shown in the listing photos and referenced in the kids’ room, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Prior to arrival, we even asked the host to confirm that all games and amenities were in working order. When we arrived, the console was not there. Only after we raised the issue were we told it had been broken previously and not replaced. The photo/description was then removed after we pointed it out. The solution offered by the host was YOU CAN LEAVE for a full refund. After traveling with children, this was not a practical or considerate option, as we had no alternative accommodations arranged. With kids, these details matter— Features shown in photos often play a major role in booking, especially for families.”
