“Perfect location, steps to the beach, and restaurants, entertainment, & tourist spots all walkable. Very clean and rental as described. Locating the office check-in on arrival was confusing since it was starting to get dark. More signage would be helpful for that, and not hosts shortfall. Nice size balcony overlooking the Gulf. We did have guests on either side of us who were traveling together and the young son of one family would climb from his balcony onto ours to get to the other side, which concerned me bc of safety, but also bc we had teenage daughter and her friend in space off balcony, so privacy was a concern at times. The pool area was nice & grill available for use. This condo is perfect for small family friendly spot!”

“Staying here was an amazing experience, having arcades, food, stores, and the beach nearby all in one was wonderful. The Condo included everything it had in the description, and other great amenities. The pool was the best part, great neighbors, overall a 10/10 experience.”

“We came down to Orange Beach for a bachelorette trip and stayed at Kelley’s Airbnb, needless to say we will ABSOLUTELY BE COMING BACK!! It was very beautiful and clean and it was the perfect place to hangout if we didn’t feel like getting out. The beach wasn’t far and everywhere was easily walkable. We also ate at the Ruby Slipper breakfast joint (3 min walk) and it was AMAZING too. 10/10 stay. If you are not a fan of gators, beware there were some in the pond. Lol.”

“This location is beautiful! The house was spacious and clean, and we loved the private pool. The only issue we had was that the reception was not great. Everything else was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a wonderful time with our friends and family and made some great memories, but much of that was because of the company we kept rather than the hosting experience. Communication throughout the stay was disappointing. Check-in kept getting delayed with changing information, making it difficult to plan for a large group. I also asked for a late checkout as soon as the reservation was made and was told noon instead of the standard 10 a.m. However, on checkout day, I was made to feel like we had to be out by 10, and the response came across as rude. Thankfully, I reached out to confirm because the host later admitted there had been miscommunication on their end. Another frustration was having the pool maintenance scheduled during our stay. The pool guy arrived in the middle of our trip, and afterward we were unable to use the pool, which was one of the reasons we chose the property. What bothered me most was being asked for a five-star review despite all the communication issues.”

“- Overall terrible experience with managing company. Condo not ready on arrival, wet floors when allowed in. - the $100 fee for being in the condo after 1000 am check out was not offered as a $100 credit for room not ready at check in, double standard - Housekeeping overwhelmed and condo not well cleaned, dust on vets - Furniture stained and chipped - Washer leaked water over floor, used every towel to protect floor and furniture. - When I needed additional towels to replace the towels that cleaned up the water, it took 5+ hours and I was described as "demanding", 5 women on the beach getting ready to go to dinner with no towels. - When the washer repair man came, took framing off door and left framing and debris from washer and dryer on the floor - framing with nails propped up in hall way, I cleaned up the debris and dust - finally towels were brought, the wet towels on the floor were not taken away. The washer and dryer needed replacing, so I was just to leave a pile of wet towel”

“The house and amenities that were included were actually really nice. The was in good shape, however I am leaving a 1 star review mainly because we added a extra day a week before arriving and they had are new check out time but the cleaning service showed up a day before our new checkout asking us to leave and shortly after some women named Caitlyn started texting me, calling me and sending me e mails and a voice mail which ALL of them were very rude and unprofessional. My phone was charging so I didn't get any of the multiple rude messages until around 30 minutes later. shortly after this Caitlyn lady sent me a message trying to be apologetic, but after seeing, hearing and reading her rude comments and threatening to charge my card numerous times I will definitely not be dealing with them again!!!! And before anyone comments saying there was confusion about my check out time, I have emails and messages about extending my stay from air bnb and celebraty rentals as well”
