“The house was sadly not very clean and there was mouse poop on the floor in the main bathroom. The house needs some TLC and there were really no amenities. The pictures are a lot better than reality.”

“We had such a great few days here. Fun family house, great location with easy access to the Rec center and nearby lakes, and easy communication with host. We’d love to come back.”

“Toilet was partially broken. Bed was broken. It was reported in review earlier and still it was not fixed. I would not recommend.”

“The house is remodeled but the exterior is old. The entrance to the house is steep climb with additional stairs. Inside the house you enter thru a narrow corridor with dryer and washer next to entrance door. It felt like we entered into a wrong house. Within the property looks indeed as described but two major issues has been the very dirty floor especially under beds and and there have been a dust and hairs everywhere inculding on the pillows. Another disappointment was lack off body soap. This is a major setback when arriving in evening you have to drive to near supermarket instead of enjoying the house. When I have messaged property management team they just mentioned that the owner doesn't provide it. I think this is basic expectation.”

“We loved the place especially the kitchen! The kitchen was well stocked with spices/supplies. My only issue is that we were only provided one roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, even though the listing is for 22 people. When I tried to contact the host they did not respond about this even though my message was read. Other than that it was a great trip!”

“1. There was a wifi issue, also the location has no cellular connectivity. so we dobts have any easy way to connect outside world. 2. Common bathroom flush was broken and water was continuously flowing. 2. Lower level 2 Bedroom bed slats are loose and bed was unstable. 3. Air hockey puck was broken, and unusable. Overall the house needs maintenance.”

“Our stay was heavily impacted by severe snowstorms that caused repeated power outages, including one full day without electricity. While the weather was not management’s fault, several issues with the home made the situation much more difficult. The property is large, well-located, and surrounded by beautiful trees, but the layout is unusual, with only one bathroom upstairs serving four bedrooms and a game room. The king bed in the primary bedroom collapsed the first night, forcing us to sleep on the mattress on the floor. Some dishes were dirty, lighting upstairs was mismatched and uncomfortable, and a bathroom fan was broken and very loud. Snow removal was inadequate; we were stuck in five feet of snow for three days and spent 12 hours shoveling ourselves to leave early. The home has strong potential but needs significant maintenance and better winter preparedness. When we asked where the shovels and candleds were, we were told "there are some on the property" so we had to search,”

“Over all ok place. There was a few minor things that weren't up to par. And the people at the office weren't very friendly at all.”
