“The cabin was absolutely beautiful and clean. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!”

“This place is cozy and nice - it did have a kinda funny smell but that is kind of to be expected with a pet friendly place. The cabin is as expected and in a private area at the end of street. With the check-out instructions, you are support to wash the hot tub towels and leave them folded but there was no laundry detergent and you're suppose to wash and put away all dishes but there was no sponge or scrub brush to wash the dishes so not sure how you're suppose to adequately do that? Otherwise, good stay and would likely come back.”

“Cathy’s place was great overall. The only complaints were that clean dishes had been left in the dishwasher and there is mold forming on the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom. The bathroom doesn’t get great ventilation when you take a shower even with the fan on.”

“Great house, perfect quiet secluded location but still close enough to everything. Our family enjoyed the warm fireplace and beautiful view.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was in a great location and wasn’t far from Pigeon Forge or Dollywood, which made it convenient for everything we wanted to do. One thing to be aware of is that the cabin is located up some pretty big hills in a gated community. Make sure you provide the host with all of the requested driver and vehicle information ahead of time so there are no issues getting through the gate. The cabin had plenty of sleeping space for our group. There were three bedrooms with two having a king bed each and the third had a king and a full-size bed. There were also two additional beds in the loft area, so there was plenty of room for everyone in our group. My only complaint was the bedding. Each bed only had a sheet and a quilt, and I would have loved to have thicker comforter available. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the cabin.”

“Only issues was the Jacuzzi, didn't work. And there is very little privacy upstairs. Everybody can see you and the hot tub outside, you have little to no privacy. And there's a camera, on the other building, pointed close to you.”

“There was things that needed to be done so we had to hang around the cabin and took what we wanted to do until she got it, but she did come and take care of the things”

“We had a great stay! The cabin was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of space for 2 adults, 2 kids, and our dogs. The neighbors are fairly close, so it’s not completely secluded. There’s parking for about 3 cars, but it’s not ideal for a car trailer. The road was flooded and muddy during our stay, but that’s understandable for the area. Overall, we really enjoyed the cabin!”

“The area around the cabin is beautiful. The cabin itself is nice, but there are cobwebs in corners. Other than that, the house was clean. We asked to extend our stay and requested on the app and messaged. She never responded for over 24hrs and we had to leave and find another place to stay. We even texted and called her.”

“needs to be consistent. start checking on her cleaning people because the place was Dusty. windows were dirty. hot tub had algae on the Jets sauna was dirty, amenities weren't right and lied on about the lake being there not even close to the place. water pressure in the shower was atrocious and it's not because they didn't have good enough water pressure because the sink and everything else worked fine. they've got extra filters in the shower so you can barely take a halfway decent shower.”
