“Home is beautiful! Not to mention so clean and comfy. Great location, easy check in and check out. Cathy is wonderful! Quick to response. You can Sleep in and enjoy peace and quiet or enjoy your day downtown NB or the river. Loved our time at the pool! Every thing is close by and very convenient. Wonderful kitchen if you don’t want to eat out or you have restaurants across the street or right next to the Airbnb! Everything you may need is provided. Loved it and will definitely be back! Cathy was a Great host!😃”

“Cathy was extremely flexible and helpful with special allowances that were needed. The place itself was perfect! Even with a large group, it never felt overly crowded because there are so many areas for people to hang out, the back patio and pool area are great! Our group decided to use Float In and that was only about a 10 minute walk. Overall a wonderful spot!”

“Great space with all the things needed to accommodate our family of 7. Lots of great rooms and beds. We were walking distance to all the things or a short drive to Gruene or San Marcos. We enrolled schlitterbahn, fishing, floating the river, relaxing in the pool. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed to make most of our meals which saved us so much money. Cathy provided great recommendations for dinner out and activities. Would stay again when in the area.”

“Location! Location! Location! This is our second time staying in this little house. The sofa bed is comfortable and our 2 teenage grandsons love staying here. We are literally in walking distance to most water activities. A few miles down the road from Greene and other great shopping spots. Across the street there is union cafe, closes at 2 but next door is tin top burgers and ice cream! Safe and comfortable. The ac worked great too. We had everything we needed and Cathy responded quickly to concerns.”
