Castle Resorts (Kanaloa at Kona)

“We love this place! This place is amazing! Very relaxing. We will book again.”

“Was a great stay and very clean!”

“The appartment was really beautiful, clean beautiful view , the only thing it s we have to pay an extra 32$ / night for A/C. Instead of that, all was perfect!”

“Stunning! The views from the lanai were incredible! The property is a little older but has a lovely charm to it. The ocean pool was our favorite! You could enjoy the pool and see the waves crashing into the cliffside. Loved the option for the A/C. I don't know if my family would have survived in the heat without it! Would absolutely stay here again!”

“The location and photos were accurate, but the apartment hadn't been cleaned as thoroughly as we expected — the unit is very outdated and needs to be deep cleaned. The couches and bedding are all very old and should be replaced. This made it hard to feel comfortable. The dishes in the cabinets were not clean and there was hair in the shower. If these things were addressed we would return.”

“Great tucked away spot with amazing view and sunsets. Home was really spacious and perfect for our family of 6 and 2 kiddos.”

“Beautiful views, convenient location. Would stay again!”

“We had a lovely stay! The view and location were beautiful! Beds were comfortable and clean. We did not cook while we were there but the kitchen would have been well stocked if we needed anything. Can’t beat the location and view from the balcony!”

“Need to communicate that it's an upper-level condo. Two flights of stairs to gain entrance. One more to gain access to primary living space and Bedroom one. Another flight for master bedroom. Instead of an optional fee of 35$ for A/C , it should be included in the daily rental fee. Had an issue with A/C remotes that required putting in new batteries. Had to buy an 8-Pack for $19. Not the money, just the inconvenience. Required a trip to the store before I had a chance to settle in. Castle manages the properties, but a 2nd party rents the condo. Confusing. The stay was a working vacation. That made it difficult to resolve within the 8:00 - 5:00 hours of on site Management. The issues are minor . I’m sure management will correct them . The critique above shouldn't sway anyone from renting the condo. Great location, Spectacular view, gorgeous Sunset, very spacious, washer & dryer for those in need. Short distance to swimming pools and ocean.”

“Great location!”
