Castle Resorts & Hotels's guest rating of 4.70 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Castle Waikiki Shores condo was very nice and spacious. The View from 14th floor was outstanding, being able to see the beaches and city lights at the same time. Military hotel was beside the condo and the grounds were tropical and with luau’s a few nights a week made it nice to sit on lanai and listen to the music. (Not loud just relaxing) everything you need for your stay is within walking distance with any type of restaurants you could want. The condo was quiet and felt safe. Would highly recommend this unit to ALL. The furnishings were all comfortable and clean and had everything needed for a wonderful stay.”airbnb

“The place was very easy to find, and the staff was accommodating from the very beginning with finding us a parking spot right up front. Yes, we had to remortgage our house to afford the spot at $40 a night for the week. This is parking for the course for Hawaii though. The unit was on the top floor. Elevators weren't slow, but not fast either, but we weren't in any hurry. We saw sea turtles each day out the front door, and the lanai was a perfect evening spot for watching the sunset and the fireworks on Friday from the Hilton. The bed was comfortable but the pillows seemed about on their last leg. We still slept great each night. The AC was nice to combat the slight muggyness of the afternoon. Everything we needed dish wise/cleaning wise was there and when we ran out of something we just asked the front desk and they had it. We rented a motorcycle one day and they let us use the same space we already had. Location is 1000/10 for accessibility but not in the too busy area of Waikiki.”airbnb

“Great place, this unit is on the 4th floor which gives you a feel like your basically on the beach! Castle staff are excellent, I’ve stayed at several of the units here and I always come back because I’ve only had great experiences!”airbnb

“We enjoyed the old 1960’s built building. Hard to complain about Ohau weather. Plan for traffic.”airbnb

“In addition to the ants in the 3 rooms, the air conditioner leaked when in use and bowls of water has to be collected and emptied 2x a day. The location is wonderful and the amenities are nice in the condo itself.”airbnb

“If location and view are your top priorities, this is the place for you! Location is walkable to everything, Starbuck next door, beautiful view etc. water front! If the mattress quality, blackout blinds, outside noise, fixtures and overall quality is important to you, this is not the place for you. The host did not provide instructions on arrival. The post says "sleeps 4" I inquired on the sleeping arrangements beyond the single king, host said rolling bed available for $30 a day. Which wasn't the case, there was two single rolling beds right in the closet. So that worked out but the communication was not correct. The toilet leaked but no one came to fix. Everything in the condo is cheap, the kitchen wear, the mattress, pillows, toilet paper.. I mean everything down to the crappy broom.”airbnb

“The host was good but the property manager was unresponsive. I asked two weeks in advance about extending our stay and securing parking. I got parking when i checked in but didn’t receive a response on extending the stay until 10am on checkout day so it cost the host money since we booked another unit in the building because of the lack of response. Otherwise great place and great view”airbnb

“Amazing views! Amazing location. Kitchen could have been better equipped. No trash cans in bedrooms. Two elevators for entire building. Prepare to wait when there is high traffic. Beds and couches rather old. Skimpy on soap and toilet paper. Outside drying faster than in unit dryer. Can’t beat the location and views but could use some work.”airbnb
