“Great view and location!”

“Wonderful place. Very clean, comfortable. Beautiful decor. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Loved the view from the spacious deck. Right on the beach, easy access to a walking path. Central to all our destinations. Loved the sound of the ocean at night.”

“We have stayed here before and enjoyed Castle Kaha Lani. While the views are spectacular, the condition, cleanliness, etc. could be improved. The place is dated and could use a spruce up, but overall it fit our needs; again we had that view! Sadly, the railing blocks the view, so I would suggest adding elevated chairs/table so that you don't have to stand to see the ocean. It was a drawback. The kitchen was nice, but there were several dirty dishes, and the drawers were pretty nasty; a good kitchen cleaning should be in order. We also found a ton of broken glass on the deck; that was concerning. Once we vacuumed and swept, it was better. The bedrooms were fine and overall comfortable. The beds are VERY firm, so be prepared for that. Overall, the view makes up for most of it but if there would be one good deep cleaning, I think it would be much better. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat just because of the view and its closeness to things.”

“Lovely 2 bed, 2 bath Condo, ground floor with lanai . we liked the location with partial ocean view and just steps to the beach (not good place to swim, but another beach 2 minutes away.) It was just a mile or two to the Coconut Marketplace and 3 or 4 miles to Luhuie. we thought it a bit pricey for a week, but really wouldn't have changed anything. Even though there were guests with families, we found it fairly quiet and peaceful.”

“We LOVED our stay at the kaha lani 💜 we have a 2.5 year old, and this condo was perfect for our family. The beach is right across the way for viewing the morning sunrise, there is a beautiful walking path in front of the resort that goes about 2 miles , and there is a top notch beach for children just down the walking path, about a 5 minute walk from the condo. The condo was lovely and actually even nicer in person than in the photos. We had such a great stay, and if we are lucky enough to return to Kauai, we will definitely stay here again. “Great location--well off the highway but close enough for easy access to stores and restaurants. Can't beat the view especially for sunrises! Grounds are well maintained and there's a very nice walking path. The place is very close to a great park with beach access, large playground and amenities. Recommend this place!”

“Great location, nice accommodations. Everything is great except we had to run to the office when we needed towels and they close at 4 every day. Also ran out of supplies and garbage bags. Kind of a hassle.”

“The grounds were kept up beautifully and the chickens kept us entertained! Our unit was as described and suited our needs. Not all the extras (like cooking spices, oils, extra roll of paper towel, etc) that some places have available, so just know going in you need to provide all that for yourself. The staff was very friendly and helpful!”

“Place was good with beautiful view. The lock of the balcony sliding door was broken creating an unsafe stay for us, we reported it to the office and they acknowledged the issue and told us that the broken part is on order but it never got fixed during our stay. We felt unsafe in the house and leaving our stuff behind while going out.”
