“Airbnb advised us check-in was 4:00 p.m. We arrived at 5:20 p.m. and the office was closed. Called phone number on office door and got the “emergency” operator who basically could not help us get checked in until after my 3rd or 4th call back to her, and several calls to other numbers she gave us. She finally called the security guard. He then called the office manager, who gave him instructions on how to check us in. This check-in process took over an hour and many phone calls (several were numbers we were told to call, but these were not people who could help us check-in). Never experienced such a poorly arranged check-in procedure (or the lack thereof)! Be sure to call Lake Chelan Shores office — during office hours (9-5?) — ahead of your check-in to find out if you only have a 59 minute window in order to check-in.”
