This fantastic place was the perfect spot for my weekend vacation with my friends. It’s a great place to relax and unwind, right next to the beach. There are also plenty of grocery stores and shops nearby, so you can easily get what you need. Overall, it’s a great vacation destination.

It was a peaceful, cute, and family friendly. Our stay was enjoyable, worth the price, and had an amazing view. Having the pool and beach in the backyard made it so worth it. The sheets are not scratchy (in another review)! However, our only suggestion is that a slightly deeper clean should be completed before each guest.

Perfect spot on the beach. Everything was exactly as described. - It’s right off the elevator, but we didn’t hear any noise inside the condo. - Having a couple of seats on the balcony was perfect to watch the sun rise and set. - Communication was great. Details were given before, leading up to, the day before, day of, and afterwards. - The only problem we ran into was the code not working. I sent a text, received a call, and picked up keys downstairs in the office. So they quickly resolved the issues.

The location was perfect and the unit itself was fine, but the check-in and parking situation completely ruined the experience. Instructions were extremely unclear—there was only a door code and a vague mention of “one parking pass,” with nothing in the unit explaining what to do. We picked up the pass from the front desk and were not told it needed to be displayed on the dashboard immediately. Like most people, we assumed it was only required for overnight parking. As a result, our car was towed within two hours. When we raised the issue, the response was simply “sorry, no refunds,” and that it was between the HOA and management. That lack of accountability made the situation even more frustrating. This was an expensive and avoidable problem that could have been prevented with clear communication. Because of this, I would not stay here again and recommend future guests get explicit parking instructions in advance.

We were unable to get in the room tried to contact the host for an hour with no response finally got through to someone and all I got was a “did you get in” and another 20 minutes with no answer. We finally got in with no help of the host. The dresser in the kids room was broken and could fall over at any moment. There was something on the wall that looked like blood. We ended up getting a different room from another host. Will not stay with Casago ever again!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Absolutely horrible experience. First, we were notified around 3 PM that our room wouldn’t be ready at 4 PM as expected. Around 5:15 PM, I called the number they provided and reached a call center agent. He was somewhat helpful, but kept saying he was waiting on “Amber” for an update on the room. After being on the phone for about an hour, he hung up on me. When I tried calling back—no answer. I sent messages—no response. At that point, I contacted Airbnb around 6:15 PM. They told me to give them an hour to reach the rental company (Casago), and if they didn’t hear back, I’d get a refund. Around 7:30 PM, we finally received a message saying our reservation was canceled and would be refunded—with no explanation, no apology, no communication whatsoever. Very odd and unprofessional. Then it gets worse… at 8:16 PM, AFTER canceling our reservation, the rental company messaged us saying: “Hi, if you arrive after 9 PM, your parking pass and pool keys will have been plac
