“This condo was so cute, and I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The bedrooms had nice aesthetics, and I like how the bathrooms matched them. The whole unit was well kept. The only thing I noticed was that the dryer would spin and then stop every 10 minutes, which caused me to have to turn it on repeatedly at least 5-6 times. Other than that, I would recommend this stay to future guests coming to Nashville!”airbnb

“Excellent location for every activity we had in Nashville. Very walkable. Less than 1 mile to Vanderbilt. About 3 miles to main activities in Nashville. walking trails nearby.”airbnb

“Checking in was a bit hard as we were sent the wrong codes. When we arrived we called the after hours management line and were told the place was under new management. We then called back and asked if they were sure as their name was on all bookings and the charge for the room. After an hour on the phone we were able to get the right codes and get into the condo. Other than check in, the experience was great. The place was clean, quiet and in a great location! Broadway is a 10-15 minute walk, less than a mile which was so convenient! Would stay here again.”airbnb

“We notified the rental company ahead of time that we would be checking in very late, yet none of the access codes were properly provided. We were repeatedly told to check the Trip Manager, but the information was not there. Upon arrival, none of the codes worked for the garage, elevator, or unit. We had to rely on other residents to let us into the building and up the elevator. Our assigned parking spot was occupied, and despite signage warning cars would be booted, we were later told parking was “not monitored” after spending 15 minutes on the phone with Vacasa. We were given a 12-digit door code that did not work. After another call and being told the code was “in our email” (it wasn’t), the correct code was finally sent at 2 AM. Once inside, the unit smelled strongly of mold or mildew. The refrigerator was sticky, floors were dirty, and there was soap residue and hair left in the bathroom. It appeared only the sheets and towels had been cleaned. Overall, a very frustrating stay.”airbnb
