“We really enjoyed our stay and thought the house was a great beach getaway. The home was comfortable, well-kept, and had everything we needed. We were just unlucky with the weather, as it rained for much of our trip so we couldn't enjoy it fully. One thing that would be helpful to know in advance is that the property has separate entrances with shared outdoor spaces, including patio and grill. We had expected a standalone home, so a little more clarity in the listing would have helped set expectations. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would be happy to come back!”

“So difficult to get in at the home, the entrance lock did not work as the instructions described. The A/C in the first room wasn't working properly. Apart from that, everything was fine.”

“By far the worst experience I’ve ever had booking through Airbnb. The fact they allow hosts to rent out a property that has dead roaches and insects throughout the house with zero accountability is beyond my comprehension. This host has multiple properties located in and around Bradenton Fl. So I’m assuming most are left this way. I was lied to by a staff member named Jordan about the cleaning of the house as she stated she had cleaned just three days prior to our arrival. Lizards had been dead for weeks. I was also told that our reservation changes were accepted just to be told they were just going to take the day off that we weren’t there with a whopping $100 refund. Also, lights throughout the house didn’t work, as well as the WiFi. Pool was filled with dead insects. Floors are cracked and raising through out the house. I would never recommend a Casago AMI property to a homeless person. I’ve seen streets cleaner that this house.”

“Enjoyed our stay. Only wish we could have adjusted the thermostat. We would lower temperature a little while sleeping but it would reset to a higher temperature which made sleeping a little difficult. Close to Bridge Street and easy walk to the beach”

“We had a great stay at the pink house! (As our 6 year old called it). Amazing location and so close to the beach. The kitchen has been redone and we loved all the character in the house. The backyard was well maintained and had beautiful plants and trees. Would absolutely stay again!”

“The house was amazing! It accomodated our 7 adults and 2 babies perfectly with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom. Open in living room kitchen for everyone to hangout together. Being right on the beach was amazing with the babies. I used a local tent rental that came and sat up everyday so it was worry free! I would use the house again!”
