“The house was great. Numerous beds and bedrooms. Pool table in basement. Nice kitchen and deck with grill. The main disappointment was that the house was listed as pet-friendly, but was not. One of the reasons we rented it, was to bring our Therapy Dog with us, but they would not allow it. The recycling instructions were confusing (there is no recycling). The community pool was very nice, but better directions to it would be helpful. Nice proximity to Camelback, Great Wolf Lodge, and numerous golf courses.”

“We had a wonderful time at this rental in the Northridge community. Great house for all ages with plenty of attractions and activities nearby. Would absolutely recommend this place for the summer or the winter!”

“Unit was very clean and located in proximity to everything that is great in the Pocono mountains. Check in assistance at the Administration building was very cordial. Entry through the security gate was always an issue (almost laughable), however, this has no reflection on the specific Unit or Host. We stayed at the Unit during an extreme heat wave and bedrooms on the bottom floor did not have sufficient air flow overnight.”

“Overpriced and Misleading. The property is in terrible condition. Our stay at this Pocono property was deeply disappointing. The price does not match the quality at all, and the listing is highly misleading. The entire place is outdated and poorly maintained. Key Issues: Misleading Listing: The property is listed as an entire "house," but it is actually a duplex. It also advertised a grill, but there was none on-site. Inaccurate Room Count: You only get 2 actual bedrooms. What is described as another room is just a loft/attic space, which cannot be considered a proper bedroom. Dirty Pool & No Towels: The community pool was dirty and neglected—it looks like it hasn't been cleaned at all this season. Furthermore, no pool towels are provided. For the price they charge, forcing guests to bring their own towels is unacceptable. Terrible Kitchen Conditions: The kitchenware is in awful shape. The pots are ruined (one is completely broken), the frying pan was greasy and impossible to clean”
