“3 25 is the most dirty full of flies and unkept property I have ever stayed - misleading listing -”

“There was noticeable wear on outside furniture.( holes in cushions) The outside of the house needed repair.( holes in screens, paint needed, gutters full) Insects throughout the house.(bathroom, kitchen and living room) The dishwasher did not clean the dishes and sometimes started and other times did not. Appeared to be mold in both bathrooms. Rug in living room needed to be cleaned. Safety concern. Suggest a strip on the back bottom step, first level….it was easy to miss the step. Also suggest better lighting on back steps at night would be helpful. House was decorated well. The pool was great. Houses are VERY close to each other making privacy and noise a concern”

“Our family had a wonderful stay at this home. The location was fantastic and just a very short walk, literally steps, from the beach. Upon our arrival, we were disappointed to find a significant amount of pet hair on the couch, floors and in the wash machine. We had to vacuum and do some cleaning prior to use of these areas. The space did not feel fully vacuumed before our arrival. Another minor downside is the home can use some general updating with bathrooms (dated), furniture (staining) and mattresses (master bedroom bed felt much too hard and the springs made it tough to get a good night’s sleep). We did notify the rental company of the excessive pet hair, but the communication with the rental company was slow. Other than these items, we enjoyed our stay.”

“View way gorgeous and master suite was lovely. Isle of palm was great! And we were an easy car ride down to the beach. Walking would have been a bit far with gear, so we shuttled our group down and 1 person walked or biked back. The beach gear rental voucher was a great touch! We had some issues with getting entry code and WiFi password timely. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“The house itself exceeded expectations! The layout was perfect for 6 of us and the screened porch was everything. The location can’t be beat - one street up from the beach and half mile to all the restaurants! Very comfortable! The host is a large company that we all found to be off putting and quite honestly stingy. So many automated Messages all of which were in caps basically yelling at us what we can’t do and what they don’t provide. We booked specifically for the hot tub and even followed up a few times and arrived to find it broken and not operational. I understand “starter packs” but to leave 1 pod for washing dishes and laundry and no beach towels for a beach house seemed beyond the pale. Quite annoying to have to immediately go out and purchase items just to be left at the house for the next guests. They did provide a small refund for the hot tub but the company was just off putting and left a bad taste in our mouths. (I am a superhost and I’d expect more from any host)”

“The house on Folly was well-laid out and squeaky clean. Plenty of space for a multi-generational family (no little kids) and it was nice to have the extra entertainment available since it was raining. Things that need improvement: 1. No dressers in any downstairs bedrooms. So nowhere to put folded clothes. Huh?? 2. No real "bed" in master. Just a frame and mattress. 3. No blankets for beds. Only thin cotton coverlets. I ended up purchasing a blanket at Walmart. 4. NO USB OUTLETS in bedrooms. There were only 2 USB in the living room. Definitely not enough for a house that sleeps 12 in 2026. 5. No full-length mirrors anywhere. We were going to a graduation. 6. Kitchen needs organization in a BIG HUGE way. Stuff is randomly shoved into cabinets all over. (I did a little, but it needs an overhaul.) Wine glasses need restocking. All dishware is plastic except glasses. Yuck. 7. 11am checkout would be better than 10. 8. Air hockey didn't really work. (Clogged.)”

“The location was beautiful and the wrap around porch with the screened porch in the back of the house was a great place to relax. I will say when it came to towels and amenities this location was not very accommodating. They only provide one towel per guest the whole trip and they were very stingy with toilet paper and kitchen utensils. Also this is listed as sleeping 8, but the 8th “bed” is the couch in the living room which is very uncomfortable.”

“Nice place in a great location. The unit could use a little love in terms of a fresh coat of paint and maybe some new kitchen cabinets. One of the cabinets was completely delaminated on the bottom. Unit is super close to the beach and local restaurants were all within walking distance. Parking was difficult during our stay because a maintenance crew was repairing the ceilings in the parking area, this was not communicated to us. Pool code was different from what was in the host book vs. Airbnb listing. I sent a text asking for the correct code but never received a response.”

“This place was exactly what we needed for a girls’ trip to Folly Beach! It was in a wonderful location with a view of the river. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach and easily walkable to the Main Street with all restaurants and stores. We loved that the place had 3 bathrooms, one for each bedroom, all full bathrooms with showers/baths. The community pier was perfect for watching beautiful sunsets. We did request a late check out and didn’t even receive a response so that was a bummer. Other than that, the place was great and everything we needed!”

“Overall this condo is in a nice location and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. It needs some maintenance; there is water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom and master bedroom. Every pocket door is broken/off the track. Overall, I am disappointed with their delay in responses. It took them well over 24 hours to respond to my messages and that was after I called the office twice prompting them to respond. I am also disappointed in the pool. I messaged them about the cleanliness and whether or not my kids could safely use the pool bc the water looked questionable. I was assured it was ok and my daughter broke out in hives within 5 min of being in the pool. I reached out to them about this and STILL haven’t heard back even though I was told I would. Overall I don’t think they were good with communication and for this price, I would not stay here again.”
