“Listing was accurately described and was in good location. However, we saw several bugs in the house during our stay and thought the house wasn’t very clean. Other than that it was a good stay.”

“The rental company was great to work with. Location is perfect. The pricing is marked up compared to nicer units in same building thru local booking services. It is strictly a rental and dated, needs some maintenance. However the location cannot be beat and the outdoor swing is paradise. I would recommend if it’s what is available for the time you want. A few annoyances that the owner hasn’t fixed since last stay 6 months ago. Very clean and comfortable.”

“This unit is very dated... dresser is literally falling apart in queen room, Stove don't really work always gives an F3 code... Room wasn't properly cleaned we had dust constantly blowing from under beds and parking passes left from 2 previous trips before mine! TV in queen room was completely busted and I was unable to get it fixed in a timely manner and maintenance told my autistic daughter to not steal the replacements tv they brought over and put on the broken dresser... He also thought it was a good idea to use my phone charger to plug up a firestick he brought to use on the replacement TV... all the furniture is very uncomfortable... LOCATION IS THE BEST... that's the only good that came from this place... I rented in off season and parking was always an issue.... I hope to be compensated for all my troubles... I wouldn't stay at the Cabana ever again... I have so much more to complain about but want... we live and learn...”

“It was okay.. the clogged drains, dead bugs and the living room carpet should be replaced it felt very dirty and used. Other than that not bad”

“Location, location location! The beach is right across the street and you can hear the waves crashing from the balcony. Nice pool tucked away between the buildings. Fun beach decor and stocked kitchen. The place has a few quirks and the floors could be cleaner but we had everything we needed.”

“The house is beautiful, the location was great and the management company is very responsive. But, the home didn’t seem well maintained, the HVAC returns were very, very dirty. Lots of ants in the kitchen and we had issues with the HVAC on the 1st and 2nd levels.”

“The view and beach access are excellent, but the property did not meet expectations and felt much older than shown. Cleanliness was an issue—there was visible pet hair and sand on the couch, along with a strong pet odor. I shared photos with the host but received no response, which was disappointing. Check-in was confusing due to multiple entry points with no clear directions, and the staircase area felt dark, dated, and had a musty smell. The dishwasher was also rusted with broken racks. Great location, but the home needs better cleaning, maintenance, and communication.”

“It was nice but there was so much of somethings in the kitchen and not enough of others. There are maintenance issues like dripping faucet in main bathroom. Door nob in the same room on porch door needs to be replaced. The value/cost was a 85/100.”

“I stayed here from April 30th to May 3rd. The property itself is nice, comfortable, and has a great overall feel. I’m grateful for the stay and did enjoy the space. However, communication with the host could be improved. Responses were delayed, and no one confirmed if my phone number on file was correct. When we had issues with the water heater and water pressure, we couldn’t get guidance and had to search accessible closets ourselves. I also asked about a late checkout but never received a response. There are a few minor maintenance concerns as well. The bed frame in the master bedroom seems to need repair or replacement, as it sank slightly when sitting on the corner. Overall, it’s a nice place, and with better communication and small fixes, it could be an even better experience. I would consider staying again.”

“We arrived to find a note with large writing outlining their “Don’ts” -don’t open the windows Don’t drink the water it is unsafe ( this was not disclosed previously) Don’t consume ice cubes from the refrigerator because they are also made with contaminated water The WiFi information they provided was inaccurate and every time I tried texting them they simply replied with the same inaccurate info. We finally found a paper with the correct password in the unit. When asked why the water was unsafe they refused to provide any details just not to consume it. They took a long time to respond to each text. The emergency after hours number provided was out of service. When we contacted Airbnb they immediately agreed that the host agreement had been violated by not providing potable water and they issued us a refund. The furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. Would not recommend even if there wasn’t a problem with the water”
