“Julian and Ori place was the Greatest Host my Wife and I have personally ever experienced! They started communication from when we booked till the time we were secured and out of the beautiful home. The place matched the pictures the neighborhood was calm they even checked in and came out when we needed assistance. The patience our host showed was unbelievable and with them our Wedding weekend became 100x better!! I ca keep going but anyone looking to book Trust me, it isn’t just the house or a place to stay! “We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to get to and from Broadway. This house has so many fun things to enjoy the pool, hot tub, pickleball courts, karaoke and game room. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out seamless. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. “We had an unforeseen change in our visit to Nashville. I found Julian’s place and he was gracious and allowed us to book and check in 45 minutes later. Thanks to him we had a wonderful stay in Nashville. What could have been a terrible Nashville experience turned into something we will always remember. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate Julian sharing the home with us. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The backyard is peaceful and quiet, considering how close the airport is. The owners upstairs were very quiet. We barely knew they were home. The beds were nicely made and comfortable. Julian was very helpful with issues that arose. The air mattresses in the unit unfortunately had punctures. Julian was very prompt with having a new one sent to the unit within an hour and a half. The outside could’ve been kept tidy a bit more. Carport was very dirty. We had some problems with the cleanliness in multiple areas upon arrival. The oven and stove were dirty from top to bottom with food particles, baked on grease and a filthy pan in the drawer. The floors were grimy, black and turned our feet black. I’d highly recommend bringing along house slippers or extra socks. The pull out couch had lots food crumbs, wrappers and what appeared to be mold. Bathroom had black hair on walls. Kitchen furniture is wobbly. Unorganized kitchen. Incredibly loud dish washer.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Nashville! Julian was extremely helpful and responsive, which made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. The homes were spacious, comfortable and perfect for our group. The location was also convenient- just about a 10-minutes ride to Broadway, close enough to enjoy everything downtown has to offer while still having a comfortable place to relax afterwards. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to any large groups visiting Nashville.”
