“We had a good overall stay at this property. The place itself was nice, with a great view. Enjoyed watching the sunset on the balcony. Valet service was excellent and very convenient. The location was also a big plus. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Unfortunately, the biggest downside was that there was no hot water during our stay. We reached out to the property manager right away but the issue wasn’t resolved while we were there. After checking other reviews, it seems like this has been an ongoing problem, which was disappointing. Also, I requested for a king size bed for the guest bedroom in advance but they didn’t do it. If the hot water issue gets fixed, this would be a great place to stay.”

“We were so excited to stay at the airbnb but due to severe weather warnings we had to cancel out trip for safety issues. unfortunately the Host was not lenient with the cancelation policy and did not allow us to reschedule our stay.”

“Our stay was not the best... There are 15 floors in this building and 2 elevators and 1 was broken. So we had to share ONE elevator with all the guests and the cleaning staff as well. It was a HOT mess. You had to calculate 5-15 minutes for waiting on elevator. Parking spots were TINY. We were warned no big SUV's but it didn't matter bc other spots had big SUV's, the parking spots were so tight, you couldn't even get out of your car. I'm not sure why they don't invest in a keypad lock bc we had to call when we arrived and call and call to wait to get our keys. Because the host was busy, we were just waiting... and waiting.... We spent almost 8K on this place, definitely not worth it.”
