“We looked forward to staying on the river especially in the area off River Road. House was clean and kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. Accessibility to the river was great, had to share it a bit with the neighbors but all in all it was peaceful. Very comfortable accommodations and showers had great water pressure. “This cottage was at the back of the property with a fence around the area in front of it. This made it very private and quiet. I didn’t barbecue but there was a grill I could have used if it hadn’t been raining. Plus there were neat lights strung over the front yard that were lit at night. This would have made the area perfect for hanging out. The host was quick to respond the 2 times I contacted her with questions. The interior was nicely decorated and clean. And the kitchen was adequate for my needs. I would recommend this to anyone coming to visit Seguin.”

“The house was the cleanest I’ve seen in all the Airbnbs that we’ve stayed in. We had a great time here… so peaceful and quiet although we did stay during the week in September so no crowds. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the pots/pans/utensils we needed. The host was incredibly fast at responding to any questions. We’d love to visit this house again soon!”

“Wonderful waterfront stay right after Labor Day so it was very peaceful and private. The house was extremely clean and well taken care of. The ability to rent kayaks, or buy firewood/smote kits was a nice touch. There is a beautiful landing right in the water where we brought our chairs and a table to sit in the water. It was truly peaceful. We BBQ’d one night and just spent our days in the water and floating the surrounding area. We will definitely be back! Note: parking is a little tight if you have multiple cars. Other than that, it was amazing. Thank you!”
