“We’ve stayed at legacy villas many times- first time at this Airbnb. Definitely could have been cleaner- garbage left from the guests before and some noticeable stains. Great location right next to the main pool!”

“Great location for attending Coachella—aprox 10 minutes from Indio and roughly 30 minutes from Palm Springs Airport. Legacy Villas is a gated community, which made it feel very safe, and the property is close to restaurants, shops, and Old Town La Quinta. Check-in was a bit challenging. I arrived at night and the unit was mislabeled by one letter, which made it difficult to find. Without a response from the host (it being after hours) I had to rely on a map and ended up delayed by about 45 minutes. The biggest issue during my stay was parking. The listing mentions one parking space and advises guests to use any unreserved spots, but during Coachella weekend there were no available spaces at all when we returned late at night. The gate attendants warned that we could be towed if we parked in non-designated areas. After a long night, it was stressful not having a reliable place to park, especially given the cost of the stay. I recommend planning to Uber or shuttle to festival.”

“Great location. Beautiful community. TV's with cable in living room and both bedrooms were great. Stopper in master bathroom sink was basically closed so the sink barely drained. The beds in both bedrooms need replacing. Both were lumpy and squeaky. Unfortunately floors had only been vacuumed and not moped prior to our arrival. They were filthy.”
