“This is a beautiful home! Very clean and it was lovely watching the wildlife from the back door while having our coffee in the morning! We had a couple small issues during our stay and they were addressed swiftly. Definitely worth the price! Bring treats for Bandit but beware!! Bandit is a cat burglar and can open the door if you leave it unlocked. 😂 He is definitely the best greeter though.”

“What a beautiful place to stay a few days or more ,I had a wonderful time here waking up to the beach that was not busy at all was the icing on the cake ,this place has everything you need extra towels ,comfortable bed ,pristine shower .host was attentive and on top of anything that needed attention.cant wait to come back .”

“We had such an awesome time in New Smyrna Beach. Staying here was perfect. My inlaws had their own room, shower and bathroom downstairs. My mom had her own room and half bath upstairs and my wife and I had our own room and Shower, bathroom downstairs. I've never had 7 shower heads and felt great 😅. Kitchen has all the immunities, just make sure you buy coffee filters before. Ice maker doesn't work, but buying ice at 7-Eleven 100 ft away and keeping it in the freezer was easy. Our only problem we had was trouble getting in because the locks had corrosion from the salt water. A quick message fixed that and graphite was brought over quickly to fix the issue. Very responsive. Quick walk to restaurants, beach and anything you'll need to get for your stay. Will definitely stay again.”
