“The house was all we expected and more. Spotless, wonderful location, and every detail was accounted for. Even fresh flowers from the garden upon arrival. We had zero issues and the communication we did have was prompt and friendly. I would definitely recommend a stay here. It’s a beautiful home and area!”

“We booked this place at the last minute after arriving in Destin. While the hosts, Scott and Alexis, were very good and communicative, there were a few things we overlooked and expected to be better. The house felt smaller than anticipated; the first floor is a studio layout (kitchen, living space, and bed all together) and the second floor has one king bed and bunkbeds. While it has enough beds for everyone, it felt quite cramped for seven people, and there weren’t enough chairs for all of us to sit and have a meal together. Additionally, there is no dishwasher and the household supplies were limited initially to two detergent pods for our four-night stay, with no extra trash bags, extra toilet paper, or aluminum foil. Scott did quickly provide more when asked. Maybe this is just what to expect for a last-minute booking in Destin, but next time we might consider neighboring areas like Okaloosa.”

“What a great place! Close to the beach, loads of amenities provided, and a beautiful home. The beach toys, kids stuff, bikes and more were so helpful. I would highly recommend the golf cart it makes the beach very easy. And the walk to the beach was so close. Scott and Alexia were responsive and excellent hosts. We had a great trip and would stay there again!”

Our host was incredibly helpful and even sent us a link with details on beach access, which made our trip go exactly as planned. Host followed up at check in to make sure we were good. We would gladly stay here again if we visit Destin in the future :)”
