“Beautiful space and family friendly! Children and grandchildren enjoyed the games, pool, and theater room. Host was amazing and gracious for repeated questions! Would have stayed a month!”airbnb

“Our first stay in Gatlinburg for our mini moon was amazing thanks to Greg and Connie. Great Airbnb in a great, private location, near many things to do in Seiverville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. The amenities were just as listed which was very helpful for the few days that we were there. The cabin was very clean. We highly recommend staying here. Will definitely be back if/when we return to TN! ☺️”airbnb

“I would recommend this place to everyone. The view is wonderful! We had a few little things come up during our stay, but they communicated well to help with it. Definitely would recommend this place!”airbnb

“This was a wonderful place to stay, the creek and surroundings were absolutely perfect. Greg an Connie were just a call away if needed and we found out first hand when we locked the door with our other left inside with the combination on it. THANKS GREG AN CONNIE. 6 miles from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.”airbnb

“My family really enjoyed our stay at Jazzy’s and highly recommend you stay here for a memorable, peaceful and quiet time with beautiful landscaping and amazing views! We loved how all was put together with clear instructions and places to visit. The home was very clean and my kids really enjoyed their own space with lots of games and space to just be kids! We will definitely be back with Greg! Thank you, it was worth every cent!”airbnb

“Whether you’re looking for a mountain escape or to explore town, Greg’s cabin was the perfect place! We booked the cabin for a family trip to celebrate a 60th birthday and everyone agreed it was a perfect stay!! 8 adults and 2 infants, everyone was happy! Nice and spacious, clean, with lots of fun things to do at the cabin itself. Located in the mountains where it was quiet and peaceful, but also a short drive into town for grocery shopping, exploring town, and hiking. Before we left we were already talking about coming back. Beautiful cabin! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Greg!”airbnb

“Greg was fast with responses. Our second day we needed more wash cloths and he responded quickly and got them to us in a good time frame. We also were running a few minutes behind checkout time with our daughter not cooperating this morning but a quick message to him and he was very understanding. Everything was clean and was enough for what we were looking for this weekend! Thanks again!”airbnb

“Safety concerns!!! Cleanliness!! I had booked this home for a full week however I asked to cancel our stay the morning of day two. The first night there I noticed the door to the pool room wouldn’t lock. The entrance to the pool room is located off of the kids bunk room. The sliding door going outside from the kids room did not have a working alarm. The pool was green and there was no working ventilation in the pool room. Windows were sealed shut with a sign stating not to attempt to open them. Due to the broken mini split the pool room was extremely hot which the owner did call me on the day of check in to tell me he was sending someone out to look at it. However, he failed to mention that multiple other families had already reported the issue to him and had suffered tremendously due to his property. In fact, the family that checked out the day we checked in had spent most of their stay at the ER with very sick kids, likely due to chlorine toxicity and inadequate ventilation.”airbnb

“This was a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. Unfortunately, the property did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or safety. There were significant pest issues, including numerous spiders and cobwebs throughout the home, as well as evidence of mice. Beds were unusable. We also encountered multiple large wasps inside and around the property, including one found in our child’s hair, which was very concerning. Pest control was sent, without my consent or presence and it did not resolve the issue. Several amenities were not usable or raised health concerns. The hot tub was in deplorable condition with discolored water and a strong odor, and the tap water appeared cloudy. There were also signs of moisture and lots of water damage in the lower level. Additionally, we experienced concerns with safety and security, including an aggressive dog near the parking area and a door lock that is not secure. Communication with the host did not result in resolution. Will not stay again”airbnb

“Unfortunately the most I can do is write this review, I highly encourage anybody considering this rental to beware of the dangerous conditions when using the pool/ pool room. Our two families just stayed here and all five children with us became extremely ill after swimming for several hours in the pool.. the hospital determined it was chemical poisoning from fumes in the pool. The host was not apologetic nor wanted to refund us for our awful conditions.. poison control was contacted, the health department was contacted, the sevier county fire marshal was contacted and nobody seems to think what happened to us was serious, although I think a child being hospitalized from a pool is pretty serious.. we trusted that this home was safe and that using its amenities would also be safe but unfortunately it was not. I cannot tell you enough how much I would NOT RECOMMEND!! If you do please be cautious of how long you remain in the room, there was no ventilation and the host was made aware.”airbnb
