“Easy walk to the beach. The pool was warm . Paul's place had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and our stay. Defenetly bring bug repellent there are mosquitoes which seemed noticeable on arrival but the rest the week didn't bother at all. The area was cooler than surrounding areas. Had some very great food just across the bridge from us. It was the perfect hub for us to do disneyland and still relax and enjoy the beach or pool. We are easy to please though and what some may see as not what they expected we truly cherished our stay. You will get mixed feelings if your running around town and come from rural area like we do. There were some questionable characters of people at some of the local stores. But they didn't seem to bother. Just different from where we come from. The area we stayed at though was gated and everyone there was polite and easy going. We got to feed the fish there by the office and was lucky to see a turtle swimming. We would come back again for sure.”

“Beautiful location right next to the beach and harbor. We felt like we were in a tropical getaway with the impressive level of landscaping within the gated area. Centrally located and easy walking to restaurants, the beach and downtown area. I would come back again.”

“Loved staying here. It was just me and my best friend and we totally enjoyed it! So close to the beach, pool and jacuzzi are super nice. There's an adult jacuzzi as well for no kids (loved that!). Gym and sauna are super nice. I knew this place did not have AC when I booked...somehow I still wish it did because it was pretty hot at night we would sleep on the couch next to the sliding window for more air. Will totally stay again !”

“We had such a great family trip this year. Paul was so responsive and gave us the 'go-ahead' to check in an hour before expected. That was such a sweet surprise as we were just hanging out on the beach. He was very responsive. Only this I would add is a regular coffee maker and tea kettle. Otherwise our trip was amazing. “We had such a wonderful stay and can’t wait to go back again! The condo was clean and even nicer than we expected. The backyard patio was so peaceful and relaxing. Definitely recommend!! Paul was accommodating throughout the entire process from beginning to end.”

“Easy walk to the Beach with supplied chairs and umbrella. Back patio was beautiful with buttery flies and humming birds flying around. Off street covered parking was easy to get to and a short walk to unit. Me and my wife loved the condo plenty of room, clean, and the portable A/C in the bedroom made the stay on an usually hot week perfect temperature. When we come back to Oceanside we will be staying here again.”

“This house was at the perfect location for everything we wanted to do! We spent time at the ocean, explored the local shops, ate amazing food, and even spent a day at the Del Ray horse races (a dream come true for our daughter!). We loved our time here and will be back!”

“Great apartment in a fantastic location. The “backyard” patio area was a very nice perk, especially with kids. Host Paul was very responsive and helpful. It was also nice having the beach supplies already there so we didn’t need to worry about packing those. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“Incredible Stay! We had a fantastic stay at this property! You truly cannot beat this location, it is right next to the beach, making it super easy to step outside and enjoy the ocean views and coast. We went on a walk down the beach every morning and watched the sunset at night. There is an ocean view from the balcony. The unit itself was spotless, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained and made our vacation very relaxing. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oceanside!”
