“This place was bigger than we thought! Comfortably fit 6 gals for a bachelorette trip. Not far from parking lot or beach access, rooftop pool is exquisite and unique. Had everything we needed!”

“It was a great location, the place was clean but It was very hotel like vs the personal touch when you stay at someone's home. This was a company owned and so shampoo, conditioner, soap was not good quality and it was just basic amenities including kitchen supplies. Overall great stay but for what I paid, I expected more.”

“Clean bedding is a fundamental expectation for any type of lodging. Fully functional washer and dryer for a beach rental is very important. Our review is three stars due to sand in the beds and poor functionality of the washer and dryer.”

“Unit is nice and big and had a full size washer/dryer. Short easy walk to the beach as well. This unit didn’t provide a parking space in the garage, only in the outside lot. A couple qualms about the space: every lightbulb was an unpleasant harsh cool white, provided some amenities but was very limited in the most basic ones compared to ever other Airbnb we’ve stayed at (no hand soap, for example). Also the water and air filter lights were on for the fridge as well, so we didn’t really trust the ice or water - who knows how long they’ve been needing changing. The dishes in the cupboard also still had crumbs all over them from the previous guest, utensils were dirty… not sure if the dishwasher isn’t working well or something. Overall it was okay enough but didn’t seem to be maintained very thoughtfully.”

“This condo is very clean. They also respond very quickly when you reach out to them. My only complaint would be that the condo does not get very cold at night; they have the thermostat locked. I did address this with them; they came out and adjusted it, which helped, but if you like sleeping in a cold room, this did not get that cold. All in all, we had a great time. The beach is beautiful; the view from the room is great!”

“This condo met our needs and we enjoyed the area and our stay, but it was left very empty. We were left no spices, and very little dish soap and detergent. Not enough for more than one load. The oven was temperamental, and we were provided two toasters, neither of which worked. The glass sliding door was also very hard to open. We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed on the days the ocean was also closed. We were hoping to have pool access whenever we were unable to get into the ocean water. Overall, I would recommend this condo, but would come more prepared than we did. We really did enjoy the condo, and the beach was close and easily accessible.”

“Holes and walls could be patched up and painted. Master shower bathtub feels like you’re going to fall through. Also the maid was there 20 minutes before checkout and seemed annoyed that I was not out of the place other than that the place was great love the view and chair service they were very responsive.”

“Listed free ticket excursions included (snorkeling and dolphin cruise) did not include snorkeling.Poor advertising and information with nothing done by actual host to remedy. Lots of phone calls later and extra work on my part, I was able to book a different snorkeling company and trip. In unit laundry was very nice. The pool and hot tub were also nice. The unit did not have many items for the stay that would have been nice, such as: travel cups for coffee, extra blankets for lounging (an extra blankets per bed was provided) beach gear (there is a “borrow bin” beachside, a small cooler, and beach towels (it is listed what is and is not included and states there are no beach towels). The kitchen is very bare bones for items and the plastic plates and bowls were stained. We brought our own paper plates and recommend guests do too. The unit itself was very clean and the proximity to the beach was amazing. The beach chairs included were an amazing perk also. Parking was easy onsite.”
