“For once, the place is better in person than in pictures. The view from the deck is unreal! The place is very comfortable and cozy. We loved it! About a 15-20 minute easy walk to the main beach area in town. I would 100% book again.”

The lake was beautiful with clear water for swimming and the outdoor space was perfect for families - from the large grassy area right off the patio to the paved paths for walking and scootering. We loved being able to walk to the warm pool, swim out to the floating platform in the lake, grill outside, and walk to King's Beach's amenities.”

“Magical location with Private Tennis Court, Pickleball court and heated pool directly overlooking the lake. We had one of the smaller townhomes that overlooked a communal Glade. Beautiful location very clean apartment.”

“The location, tennis courts, and swimming pool were all fantastic—definitely 5-star amenities! The apartment itself was clean, but the interior felt quite dated, as if it hadn't been updated for decades. My biggest concern was the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable and seemed to be an older (cheap) mattress that moved whenever one person turned over, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bed frame also had a bookshelf-style headboard directly behind the pillows, which wasn't particularly comfortable. The pillows were flat, and when we removed the pillowcases at checkout, we noticed that the pillows were heavily stained. Additionally, as other guests have mentioned, only a 3-in-1 soap product is provided, so you may want to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. With such an excellent location and amenities, improving guest comfort in this area would make a significant difference and greatly enhance the overall experience.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Brockway Springs! It had a beautiful, unobstructed view of Lake Tahoe and was very clean and comfortable. Although we weren't there much, the kitchen had everything we needed. The master bath was very nice but the shower had quite a step-up.....would not be good for short legs. We would definitely stay there again!”

“The condo was as advertised: beautiful views of the lake, accurate photos, and a great electric weber bbq grill that cooked just like a gas grill. The amenities were second to none, and the heated pool was amazing (along with the sauna). The only issues we had were: 1) No hand soap in the apartment. We messaged the property manager and never heard back, so bought some at the grocery store 2) They were slow to respond about late checkout even with us offering to pay. All in all it was an amazing trip and 5 stars for the overall experience.”
