“Bri was amazing. Every single time I had a question she responded to me within 10 min. The only complaint I would have is the sliding door to go outside would be stuck.”

“Had a couple issues with our stay but Bri responded quickly and resolved any issues. Would definitely do a staycation here again with Bri!”

“The photos did not match reality at all. The place is much smaller than it looks in the listing — to the point where there is barely any space between the beds and doors. There is also no proper space near the entrance for dirty shoes or jackets, which is extremely inconvenient, especially since the closets were locked. The grill shown in the photos looked large and well maintained, but in reality it was a completely different grill — old, very small, and extremely dirty. We spent at least an hour cleaning it before we could even use it. Most of the propane tanks were almost empty as well. DO NOT USE THE HOT TUB!!! There were clearly way too many chemicals in it. My husband and I both experienced what felt like chemical poisoning after only about 15 minutes inside. The first sign was severe burning in the eyes. Also, only about half of the arcade/game room machines actually work, so if you are traveling with children, be aware of that. We ultimately decided to leave earlier”

“If you are picky, this may not be the place for you. If you arn’t, then this is a beautiful place! The pool was amazing! The neighborhood so peaceful and quiet. The beds were comfortable! The firepit = fun time! Only concerns are stains on ceilings, locks on closets so not as much storage space, stains on couch. Paint chipping and wallpaper falling down. Other than that what a beautiful time!!! Beautiful stay and great hosts!!!”

“The stay was great. There was plenty of room for the guests we had. The amenities were for the most part great, but the putting green and pool table were in very poor condition and we were not made aware ahead of time. Do not expect any flexibility on check in or check out. The main reasoning was due to the “extensive” cleaning that must be done to the Airbnb. However, when we arrived, there was still hair in the bathroom shower, and definitely not spotless. If you do not allow an early check-in due to the cleaning, the host should make sure it is efficiently cleaned. The last note that you should be aware of if you are renting this spot is the curfew. It’s listed that the noise ordinance begins at 10pm. We were enjoying a game of cornhole that went past 10pm and all of the lights outside immediately shut off and we could not turn them back on. We also got a message from the host to be quiet. I would recommend something be added to the listing so future guests are aware of this.”

“We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was spacious and clean, and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. They provided all the necessary details ahead of time, which made check-in quick and easy. Overall, we had an enjoyable and smooth experience.”

“The host was kind and responsive! The duplex has cobwebs on ceiling and dust/dirt on walls and ceiling but it’s a great location and I really just needed a fenced in yard. Sadly, the rental/other side of duplex connected to me, would leave the gate open knowing I had a dog but that’s not the hosts fault at all. There were some safety concerns through the stay but the host was very responsive to those concerns. Overall not a bad place to stay, but it did not appear to have been “professionally” cleaned and the bathroom and kitchen did not look like the photos from the rental but oh well!”

“We had a nice stay overall. The location is great, especially if you want to be near Mt. Pocono, and the community has plenty of shared amenities to enjoy. The place had all the amenities listed, and the pictures accurately depicted the rooms and house amenities. There was also enough comfortable sleeping space for our group of 10. We did face a couple of issues with the AC and the upstairs bathroom door lock, but Bri was very quick to respond and helped us right away, which we really appreciated. The space felt a bit smaller than we expected based on the pictures, but overall it worked well for our group. We enjoyed the stay, the surroundings, and had a good time in the Poconos.”

“The home was okay. We had minor issues with the photos not matching what the place looked like. There is no grass in the backyard at all. The bathrooms are very small with no storage for anything. The stools in the kitchen were unsafe to sit on. The ice machine in the fridge did not work. There were a couple of dead palmetto bugs in the home. The sprayer on the kitchen sink sprays water all over the place. There were also several ants in the kitchen sink and inside the dishwasher. They did provide some amenities for children and pets which was nice.”
