“Cool spot”

“The fridge wasn’t working when we got there, but we were getting ready for a concert and the only time that we felt comfortable having someone by was while we were away in the evening. By the time the concert was over, there was a new fridge in the place that worked great. Very impressed!”

“Not ideal and misleading on the type of place it was. It was stated as home then later on showed it was an apartment. Came in and was dirty and I found lube left in one of the rooms which clearly shows it wasn’t cleaned properly. There was a dead roach!!! And a few spiders!!! The host said they’d send the cleaning crew to check on it.. they never did because we came back to find it there and they said they would guide us an update on them coming to clean it, and they never did. The only feed back was “sorry you feel that way” on top of it not being in a very safe area. Misleading and hosts that aren’t helpful or accommodating in any way, take your money to a hotel instead, it’s cheaper and safer! Our uber drivers even commented on how bad of a situation we were in and neither air bnb support or the hosts were helpful.”

“Place looked nothing like the pictures, although I do understand that furniture can differ, it was way too drastic of a change. When we walked in, it was 85°F inside and there was a very notice smell, like mildew. I communicated with them multiple times that I would be arriving between noon and 3pm. They said that would be perfect. When I said I was there, they said they couldn’t give the code yet and I don’t get the code until 3:30pm and they did not communicate that at all beforehand. Sink and tub slowly drained and filled up fast. The water pressure was horrible in the showers. The AC barely reached the rooms making them a lot hotter than the main area.”

“This property was a perfect fit for our group of 8 people. It was spacious and comfortable. The most important part was it was accessible all the times. Loved it.”

“I truly needed a place to stay. And I thought that I was getting a great rental for what I paid which wasn't inexpensive. Prior to check-in the host message me a few times asking when I planned on checking in which is fine. I told them 3pm unless I could check in earlier to which I received a response that check-in was at 3pm. It was not easy to find the unit due to the building numbers being incorrect. Rideshare and deliveries were a nightmare! I arrived around 4pm to the cleaning women still cleaning. She was nice. It looked like there was a fight or something. The livingrm walls had unfinished patches,there was a handprint on the wall in the master, the bathroom need updated, etc. I thought they had bedbugs so I had to check into a hotel for 3days. They cleaned the beds and changed bedding. The unit was broken into all of my belongings including used makeup/brushes and refrigerator items. To this day the host hasn't provided the NVPD with video footage or has responded. Beware!”

“We were initially very happy to check in to this apartment but during the first night we realize that the AC didn’t work like it should. We made breezy stays aware and they sent a maintenance worker twice to try and fix it, but they told me that this was just an issue with a lot of the units in the building. We were sweating all night and my daughter got a heat rash from sweating all night. There are some maintenance issues in the apartment, such as the flowing table under the TV being broken under the wall the beds are broken. We had to have a maintenance man come into the apartment and fix the bed during our stay because it was almost fully broken. There is a door seal between the lounge and the bedroom that is glued to the floor, but it kept coming under stuck and is a trip hazard. The apartment isn’t very well kept which I felt like was a shame when we thought we were booking a five star stay. It’s also a different apartment to the one in the pictures. Host was responsive.”

“Good location to the strip. Very clean and nice beds. The outlet in the spare bedroom shocked us a couple times when touching the switch and the dryer shuts off a lot having to turn it on 8 or 9 different times just to dry a small load. Also the gfi near the sink trips a lot shutting off the fridge. We almost lost some of our food because of it. My biggest issue was with the host being very dismissive when I had an issue and kept yawning it off on Airbnb customer support rather than being helpful and never responded to customer support when they reached out. I would recommend the place for the price and location. I would NOT recommend the place if customer service is a higher priority because it certainly didn't feel like it was their high priority to me.”
