“Easy to access, nice view, good parking. Linens in pull out couch/bed were not clean and at one point got locked out of unit due to a glitch. New code provided in 35/40 minutes.”

“Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and thought it was a good value. The condo was very clean, accurately described, well furnished, and had everything we needed for a week. The location was excellent with an easy walk across the street to the beach. A few areas could be improved. The bunk beds were very wobbly, and the mattresses were uncomfortable, so my son and I didn’t sleep well. The Wi-Fi and pool/beach gate information provided at check-in was also incorrect, requiring a call to get the right details. The listing mentions beach chairs and an umbrella, but the setup was actually two folding chairs and a small collapsible umbrella, not the larger beach setup pictured. Those can be rented on the beach for about $60/day. Overall, we’d stay here again. A few small updates and clearer listing details would make this an easy 5-star stay.”

“Not happy with the way they handled the pool access being removed and taken away because of some new owners buying it out during our stay. Picked this place based on being able to use the pool and pool bar with food and drinks and we weren’t allowed access bc of new management. They communicated every day still soothing happened! False marketing in the photos of the pool with the bar and food! You CANNOT USE THE POOL THAT HAS THE FOOD AND BAR! You are only allowed to use the small pool and it was packed like sardines because of the NEW MANAGEMENT! They made ZERO Exceptions for the guests staying during the transition of new management / owners! No refunds given and no compensation of any sort. I explained several times we didn’t rent a car thinking we could get lunch at the pool every day etc and it was not ever handled properly. They just stopped communicating and never did anything about this. My kids were devastated they couldn’t use that pool! It was bigger and had food!”

“Most UNpleasant stay ever! YOU CAN’T USE-tennis/pickleball courts, or bikes. Pickleball- locked down like a fortress, but tennis courts -open entry. That does NOT mean you can use them! Condo sleeps 8-you get 1 pool fob, & balcony accommodates 2. I immediately notified them that the shower didn’t drain. It was not fixed, & we were told he would “have to call a plumber”. Plumber never came. 1 person could shower. Everyone else shared the 2nd shower, b/c it took 25 mins to drain (I timed it). The morning after I called about the drain, I got a Breathe Easy text, asking me to tag a picture on their social media to show how much fun we were having. No WiFi. We were told that they knew the day before, but didn’t fix it. No one bothered to tell us. Bedroom curtains don’t close all the way-used a hair clip to close them so we didn’t wake up at 6:00 every morning. Pretty clean, & decorated nicely. Just not enjoyable. We felt ,the entire time, like we were being punished for coming.”
