“We stayed at Perkins Perch for 7 nights as part of a 2 week road trip. By the time we got to Bozeman we were ready to walk vs drive. Loved the location to walk to get coffee or dinner & shopping. The host was incredibly responsive. We had an issue with a coffee maker and that afternoon it was replaced with a new one. The bedding and towels were of nice quality- better than some rentals we have stayed. Loved the architecture and the kitchen on 3rd floor - nice views. Lastly we really appreciated the light dimmers and lamp lighting. Felt like home! Our week went by too quickly.”

“Paul’s place was the perfect home base from which we as a family could explore Bozeman and the surrounding Gallatin valley. The home was clean, well apportioned, comfortable and welcoming. It is located near numerous shops and restaurants on the north end of town and just a short drive to MSU campus. Paul was a fantastic host and we certainly recommend his place as a home base from which to explore this awesome town.”

“We had a great time staying at the Peach House! It was very clean and well stocked with towels, paper products and high quality personal care products. The kitchen had everything we could need. We enjoyed the cozy sitting area in the private back yard and the 10 minute walk to the downtown Main St. which has several restaurants and shops. Paul was very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend staying here!”
