“We had a lovely stay in Boyne City! The space was spacious, well-located, and had everything we needed traveling with a family. A few minor maintenance items could use attention (loose step, master sink, etc.), and have been shared with the host. Also worth noting: check-in required a photo and driver's license, plus a choice between a $25 nonrefundable fee or a $1,000 temporary hold for incidentals, similar to a hotel policy. Worth knowing ahead of time so you can plan for it. Lindsey was a great host and responsive.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Lindsay's place. Our kids loved the zip line and play set. It was also the perfect location to downtown and to the Ironton Ferry!”

“We had a great stay. The house had plenty of room and could have accommodated several more people than we had, but was still reasonably priced for our group of 4. Bathrooms and laundry room were well stocked, and the game room was a fun addition. Each night was well spent outside by the bonfire. Instructions were clear and check-in/out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend!”

“This place was amazing! Super clean, lots of space, easy access to town and the water. We had a lot fun lounging on the dock and taking the kayaks out at sunset. There were a few minor glitches with the place, but the host was quick to respond. I would’ve give this a hands down 5 star rating. The only thing I wish was mentioned in the reviews, or the description, was that this property is right on a relatively highly trafficked two lane road. The place was worth it, but the traffic noise was palpable. I can imagine at busier times of year the noise would impact the peacefulness for me. But as I mentioned the benefits of this place totally out way the traffic noise.”

“This was a great place to stay, close to all the things we wanted to do in the area on our 30th Anniversary trip. Everything was clean and comfortable. Nice towels and linens were provided. The owner was easy to communicate with, very responsive, and friendly. There are a lot of places to easily walk to and the area by the water is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area!”

“I’ve never walked into an Airbnb and felt so at home as I did at Lindsay’s rental. Not only was it so very clean, but it was fully stocked with everything we could need. And not just 4 mugs and a teflon pan. She had everything you needed in the kitchen for cooking and some bakeware. I especially appreciated the GreenPan cookware and nice coffee pot. We had everything we needed in the bathrooms (soaps, towels) and laundry room had what we needed to wash a load or two! I brought my kids (3 and 1) and she had some toys and books, boosters for the chairs, and the outdoors is a kids dream in the crystal clear creek and yard. Location is ideal, 5 minutes to Boyne City, amazing restaurants and we even hit up the farmers market. Additionally, something went wrong with the refrigerator while we were there and her team was right on it to help us out. Probably one of our best stays on Airbnb we will be back!”
