“We stayed 4th of July week. Eric greeted us when we arrived and gave me a walk thru (very helpful). The apartment was clean and pre-packed with enough dish washer pods, trash bags, toilet paper, detergent and beach towels. Great amenities i have never experienced in any other rental I have stayed in. Great location, covered parking which is a nice perk.”

“The house was comfy and spacious for our family! The pool and backyard were amazing! Such an amazing get away with my family and Anthony was always responsive, even down to my questions about his amazing giant beanbags. Peaceful, quiet area. Overall, wonderful trip.”

The owner was awesome and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions or concerns we had instantly. “I would give this place 6 stars if I could!! Eric was super in communicating with us before and during our stay. He was extremely responsive to the smallest of requests. The condo is very well stocked: in the kitchen, paper products, extras like several beach coolers, beach wagon, chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, etc. Has amazing beach towels included (very rare!) TV's were easy to use with YouTube TV included. We had 3 adults and 4 children (10-16) and had plenty of room. Food recommendations were great...over-all just one of the best beach experiences we've ever had!”

“We loved our stay at Beach Cottages! The location is perfect. Indian Shores is laid back and very peaceful. The beach is right down the stairs and never felt busy or crowded. The condo was well stocked with plenty of space for our family. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Eric was a great host, communicated check in/out instructions clearly, checked in with us mid-stay, and responded to questions quickly. There are a lot of extras with this rental like games, books, cooking spices/oil, usb ports at the night stands, things that make it easier to settle in. We really appreciated the nice beach chairs, towels and wagon provided. Thanks for a great stay! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.”
