“Incredible stay! We will be regulars! Place was huge, stunning, clean. but like CLEAN-CLEAN and OH SO CLOSE to the beach. Some condos have you walking forever to get to actual sand / ocean even though it is "on the beach". Not the case here. Every single person, staff and residents, were friendly, and welcoming. Felt like a community while we were there, we did not feel like we stuck out as renters or temporary tenants at all. The unit was our "hub" for the stay for us and other family who were in other units. The large couch easily accommodated us while we lounged to watch TV at night! The big dining table was a wonderful card and snack station. Balcony big and gorgeous. Pristine and worth the money! Host, Melissa, was amazing and communicative and clear at every turn! A bit of my heart is still in 1002 Sterling Breeze. Book your trip now, but take care of it for us!”

“This was the best Airbnb rental I’ve been able to stay in at AQUA. Everything matched the pictures, it was very up to date and the aesthetic was beautiful. Very clean and organized. My kids loved looking out over the balcony to the perfect ocean front view. The beds were super comfortable which I was thankful for. Having beach chairs and umbrella rentals ready to use was a huge plus too. I will definitely be staying at this place again for the next trip. Melissa was more than accommodating for any changes or issues I had. She was always responsive in a quick and respectful manner. I’m grateful I was able to give my family a great vacation and i enjoyed my birthday being there as well. “Place was just as described. Perfect view, and great diner across the road(SunRise Cafe) with great drinks and food, and also a nice ice cream place across the street.
