“I grew up in St. Joseph, MI and always had a home-base to come back to every summer until my parents passed away a few years ago. When my twin daughters said they wanted to celebrate their 30th birthday in St. Joe, I dreaded staying in a hotel and was so happy when I found this condo. It exceeded all of our expectations. The location was perfect - right in town and walking distance to our favorite restaurants and beaches - we rarely used our car. The condo itself was beautiful. Tall ceilings, gorgeous floors and a brand new sectional couch that was so comfy. The rooftop patio was beautiful in the evenings and Tony was so responsive with any questions we had. I was a little nervous to come back to SJ after losing my parents, but this condo made me feel right at home and I can't wait to come back next summer!”

“We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely consider returning! This is a fantastic home for families and larger groups, with so many inviting spaces to spend quality time together. Our family especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub, game room, basketball arcade game, home theater area with the Lovesac, screened porch, and extensive selection of board games. The kitchen is beautiful, open, and truly feels like the heart of the home. The host was attentive and very responsive to our questions both before and during our stay. When a maintenance issue arose, it was addressed and repaired promptly, which we greatly appreciated. The host even requested feedback after our stay to help make improvements for future guests. The home was also even better equipped for families than the listing suggests. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Pack ’n Play, tabletop high chair, and an additional king bed in the basement. Overall, this is a beautiful, spacious property with plenty of entertainment”

“My husband and I stayed at the Book N Gather with two other couples. We visited three wineries, thanks to Allen at Ridetastic, who escorted us in a company owned Suburban. We also enjoyed a day at the beach. The listing is accurate, the home is clean, and there's plenty of space to spread out. We especially had fun playing pingpong, pool and air hockey. A few of us relaxed in the hot tub, which was clean and a perfect 102 degrees. The host was very responsive when we contaced him with a few questions. The kitchen contained everything we needed, including coffee pods. We had plenty of toilet paper and paper towel. Although we didn't have our adult children there, my husband and I thought it would be a great rental for our family vacation with grandkids, and may rent it again next year. (Stevensville is very close to St Joseph. There's plenty to do with the Lake Michigan beaches and state parks right around the corner. Downtown St Joe has good shopping and a few good restaurants.)”

“Staying at Tony's was great! We had a bunch of guests and there were more than enough towels, utensils, beds, places to chill for everyone. Great place to stay and a great location to the rest of South Haven.”

“My family of four had a great stay during the annual blueberry festival. We loved being able to walk to the parade and to south beach. The place was lovely and well cared-for too. We made good use of the grill and cozy screened back porch. The kitchen was well stocked and the common spaces had comfy furniture conducive to game and puzzle time and conversation. The hosts were also thoughtful in the instructions they left and the little travel necessities they stocked extra of. We love South Haven and this was an ideal home base for our vacation.”
